Eco Hotel Los Proceres

The Hotel is very close and in walking distance to stores and shopping centers.  24 hour mini mart across the street. 
The hotel is cozy and the front office clerk needs to be more familiar of the surrounding area.  People are very friendly & helpful.  Guatemala City has so much different activities. 



Very convenient spot for overnight stay in capital.  Clean, quiet (no windows in our room) despite proximity to Boulevard Los Proceres, and cheap for Zone 10.  Everything worked well.  No food on premises, but plenty nearby.

Centrally located! Not a luxury option, but with a/c and nice bed.

This is a clean and secure hotel in Guatemala City near the mall and restaurants. If you are just staying in the city for a night this is a great option. I find it kind of charming that it has windy halls, cute rooms, and lots of character. The front of the hotel is not impressive but do no be dismayed. It is super handy to be near the mall where you can find things to do and get some food if you have a short time to stay in the city.

its a very ok hotel , small and cozy, receptionist not that friendly, but otherwise , rooms was very clean and felt very safe, so if u looking for a good rate rate hotel and downtown Guatemala City , this one is ok

Located just a few minutes from La Aurora International airport on a major highway, Los Proceres puts you in a growing, expanding part of Guatemala City.  The hotel and rooms are clean and well tended, with a helpful and friendly staff.  In a style common to Guatemala, the rooms are adequately sized with TV, wi-fi, and an elevator.  Conference rooms are available.

Rooms are not bad,  but AC was broken and I assume they knew it as there was a fan in the corner waiting to be used. The price,  wasn't too bad, and the good thing is that you have lots of places nearby. The only observation...  The staff,  the guy that was acting as the admin on duty was very careless and transactional,  I wasn't expecting a hig from him but a least say "welcome"..  The security guy was more polite than the actual admin,  they need some soft skill training..

They gave me rags for towels.  The laudry guy was so fast, that I was suspicious that he was putting my clothes directly in the dryer and neatly folding them. I don't know. Nice cool water out of the tap.  You had to ask for everything. the A/C to be turned on.  Beg them to print my plane ticket. Clean the room.  Everything was a management job to keep the service coming.  Room was dirty.  Top shelves were dusty and corners were dirty.  A/C was loud after they finally turned on the power. Security was good.  Door man 24/7  TV remote was one big frustration.  Shower door was cracked and did not slide.  Goofy bed that kept sliding off the box spring because of the plastic on the box spring.  Dingy sheets. Fire escape was confusing because it let to a small inner space that was with out a roof. I would not want to be in that space if there was a fire or earthquake.  No deadbolt on the room door.  One receptionist was a rock head.  Fine location. Great discotech right next door.  Covenient location.  safe requires a key which is less secure than push-button combination. Chalky paint on the walls.
