I offer two stars, that's what the hotel has as well.  When I arrived at the reception, there was no one... I waited about 10 minutes until someone arrived, after a 10-hour journey it's not pleasant to wait that long, taking into account the temperature outside.
 The rooms are nice but small, the fan in the bathroom makes an infernal noise.
 The shower cabin is extremely small, only if you are fit you have a place (I am not exaggerating) otherwise you struggle.  In the cabin you have nowhere to put a soap or shampoo.  The hot water pressure is very low.
 Breakfast, if you don't arrive at 8, you don't really find anything to eat because they just put nothing.  He tells you dryly that he only has.  You have nothing to do but go out to eat in town, even though you paid for breakfast.  I do not recommend for a stay longer than two nights.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. Great location, good breakfast and parking. Very close to almost everything. The value for money was great. Highly recommend! Will revisit!

Great stay!

We went 2 times at this hotel and every time we were very pleased! The rooms are very nice and clean, AC works very well, every room has a balcony with chairs and table, bathrooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Most of all the location is gold!! It's in the centre of Limenas, at a walking distance to restaurants, tavernas, shops, anything you want! You are just in the middle of them all! The staff is friendly and helpfull, we could n't wish for more! Congrats to all of you! We hope we will be back soon!

I definitely recommend it!

We stayed in double room at the second floor. We liked so much the balcony of the room. It was like a large livingroom with the garden and the mountain view. Hotel is near an old stone big building. You can leave your car in this big garden for whole day for an affordable price. Hotel is a few meters far from the harbour and the bazaar. Location is perfect. Room facilities are in a good quality. Small kitchen is clean and tidy. Only one point could be better ; toilet is a little bit narrow to the shower door. Except this everything was ok. We think to stay here in future. 

Good location amazing balcony terrace

Had a great stay at the Elli-Maria! The pics and reviews on here do not do it justice. I stayed with my sister for a week and had a great stay. The room was spacious with a great view. It was also very modern and clean with good Aircon and a fridge! The bathroom was also modern with a power shower. This hotel is rated 2* however I would definitely say it's nearer 3-4*! It is also located right in the centre next to everything you need whilst remaining quiet to get a good night's sleep! The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning to the Elli-Maria in the future.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel and the rooms are great. 

The rooms are specious and are cleaned daily (very clean).
The staff is always available and are really friendly towards the guests!

There is a paid parking lot right next to the hotel which is not in their property but it is ok and really near the rooms.

All in all this is an exceptionally good hotel with a reasonable price, ill recommend it to everyone !

Great Hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. It is near to the marina and the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are big enough and clean but a little bit dark because of decoration. The price is affordable. The owner is so helpful. We stayed 3 family with children and we liked it.

At the hotel, you find the owners, Mrs Elly and Mrs Maria. There are two extraordinary women and will understand perfectly.
Rooms are quite generous, with a clean bathroom and a balcony where you can drink coffee in the morning. Also hotel serves a great Greek coffee and a great breakfast. The room was cleaning every day, towel and linen was changing always.
The hotel is located near the center (walk is about 3-5 minutes), where you can find numerous taverns with good food. On request there is paid parking for those arriving by car.
