Kafouros Hotel

Today we returned from the most wonderful stay at Hotel Kafouros, a charming, family-run gem in Kamari, Santorini — and we’re already dreaming of going back. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire Kafouros family, each of them so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. There’s something truly special about the atmosphere at Hotel Kafouros. It was lovely to see so many returning guests, many of whom greeted the family like old friends. It speaks volumes about the experience they create here — warm, personal, and unforgettable. The hotel itself is spotless and full of character, with thoughtful details throughout that reflect the pride and love the family pours into everything they do. The location is ideal — tucked away on a quiet street just a short stroll from Kamari Beach, with great restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to all the island’s highlights. We can’t wait to return — and next time, we hope to bring more of our own family along, so they too can experience the heartfelt hospitality and charm that makes Hotel Kafouros such a special place.
