11 reviewsThe best thing about Calliope’s House is that you can have the full flavour and authenticity of a quintessential Santorini house, situated in the local village of Pygros with indigenous character and tranquillity in relative contrast to the crowds and hassles of Fira/Oia! The villa is spotlessly clean and very spacious (for Santorini price and standard!) with all the amenities including kitchenette and a hot tub. The terrace offers a great view out towards a 6-bells Orthodox church and the Caldera in foreground. Best to have a rental car and prepare to take bit of a walk from the village carpark (light luggage would help) through the pleasant footpaths with steps. It takes only 15mins to Fira / Airport / Ferry Port by car. The host representative is most helpful and had made sure everything we need are attended to and great communication in advance prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.
