I stayed a week in this location, everything is superlative. the owner is a very nice lady, who helped us with everything we needed , everything is very clean, dream view, the location is very nicely located, a few steps away from the beach. we will definitely come back here.

We arrived eventually two days late due to our flight being cancelled. 
The apartment was ready for us and was very clean. 
Towels were provided and the bed sheets changed about 4 times during our 12 day stay. 
With a lovely balcony to sit on you can watch the boats come in & out each morning and evening. 
It’s very well placed and with a few steps down you’re in the heart of the port. 
The lady who was looking after the apartment doesn’t speak much English but was lovely and gave us fresh figs & plums and a bottle of homemade wine. 
She also adjusted the prebooked price in our favour due to our shortened holiday. 
We would definitely use them again.

We found ourselves staying in the Galini Studios while our boat was repaired.

The studios are perfectly located behind the main shopping / dining area in Sivota, but as they are pear he'd on the hillside they feel lovely and secluded.

Our 2 bed apartment (one double and one twin) was spacious, spotlessly clean and cool thanks to air con. It had a small kitchen dining area and a decent sized living area and a good sized bathroom.

Outside there were two balconies which offered stunning views over the harbour. 

The owners didn't speak much English but we're very friendly and checked we were happy with the apartment and happily showed us how to work the air con.

If we were to return to the area I would definitely consider the Galini Studios.

Spotlessly clean with very efficient air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge/diner. Lovely views of the bustling harbour from veranda and balcony. Very quiet at night so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. Towels and bed linens replaced daily. Kitchenette well equipped and tavernas and supermarkets a couple of flights of stairs away! Owner very friendly and always around if you need anything. 

Lovely clean apartment. 2 bedrooms with 2 large balconies overlooking Sivota Bay great location for bars & tavernas with  fantastic views. Very welcome air conditioning .  Basic Greek style with tiny kitchenette. NB: LOTS of steps to gain access to apartments

We had a small apartment at an exceedingly fair (very low) price (which you can find on their website). Here are the positives: the apartment is clean; the staff is very nice; the apartment has a good balcony that overlooks the small Sivota Bay (with a few other low building rooftops in the foreground); it has frig, microwave, plates, utensils and other things typical of an apartment; it is within 5-minute walk of several good places to eat as well as a small grocery store and boats. Downsides: bring your own soap, etc.; bedroom is sufficiently small that we could not leave open carry-on suitcase in it – we used a corner of the kitchen that is almost same size – but it does have an armoire once you unload your bag; being in town on a warm night with the window open, it can be a bit noisy with revelers in the nearby taverns if you wish to retire early, although Sivota is fundamentally a quiet place; internet is a little slow. On balance, I am still impressed that we received a fine place to stay at a more-than-fair price.

Super good deal with some limitations

Perfect base for a stay in Sivota

Lovely spot with great views.

We hadn't realised it, but end of May is low season in Lefkada and therefore Galini studios & Syvota were on the quiet side.  
The rooms are above the owner's living quarters & the one we had was large in size, comfortable with effective air conditioning & a good shower.  Whilst very clean when we arrived, the room did not get cleaned over our 4 night stay & we even had to put the bag from the toilet bin into the rubbish bin which is outside the room door, so that it could be collected & get a new bin liner from the owner......a first for me.  I would hope that if you were staying for longer or in high season, that this would be done....but at 30 euros a night, it is very reasonable.
The rooms are very centrally located, just above the port which can be reached by steps from the studios......great to watch the yachts going out over a coffee in the morning.
Given the price, room size & location, I would stay again & would rate it a as good so 3.5.
The wifi signal is a bit sketchy.
