A wonderful holiday villa with incredible views including the sunset from the pool.
Handy location for the nearest village with friendly coffee shop, pharmacy, mini market and excellent restaurant.
Friendly and excellent housekeeping daily.
Maria our hostess was super helpful arranging excellent trips and offering help if needed. 
Lefkada is beautiful and this is certainly a holiday to remember...until next time.

Great Villa, thoughtfully designed,  thoroughly cleaned daily and with more personality than the average rental Villa. Easy enough to walk into the local village for groceries or an evening meal, but the short drive down to Agios Nikitas will give you better options. The villa rises up the hillside and has a lot of internal and external steps which adds to the character. Small kitchen, but it leads to the outside dining table and built in BBQ area which is ideal in summer. Friendly and professional owner just a phone call away. We stayed 5 nights at the end of June 2022 and loved it.

Fantastic stay at Acquaterra Villas. Warm welcome by George, very comfortable villa,  great pool and terrific views. Every day cleaning of pool and house by the super staff make this feel like a real holiday. Very nice restaurants close by and a lot of (water) acitivities on the island. We had a fantastic time at Acquaterra villas!

This villa has a very good location on a hill with amazing view of the sea. 
The owner Giorgios was welcoming and generous bringing us olive oil and wine.
The villa was beautiful, very comfortable and very, very clean (every day was cleaned by Ana. Thank you Ana!).
Monica was very friendly and give us information about places to visit, good beaches, the best olive oil and honey in Lefkada.

We stayed here for five nights.
So peaceful and quite, and the pool area was amazing, we didn’t want to leave.
Easy to navigate the area and some great beaches are really close.
There are some great restaurants really close.
Will definitely be going back 

We had an idyllic family holiday during our 2 week stay at Acqua Terra Villas. The location was great with fabulous views across the bay and stunning sunsets. The villa was perfectly set up for our family of 4, once the children had mastered the steps! George provided perfect hospitality from day one and the villa was kept spotlessly clean.
We would definitely stay here again and would highly reccommend it.

If you are coming to Lefkada for vacation this place is must ! We stayed in Thoe villa. It is absolutely amazing. 

It is 6 km from Lefkas town, 8 km from Kathisma beach. 

It is new villa, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. They cared about every single detail.Bed is really comfortable, dream is guaranteed.  You have two bathrooms,three bedrooms, 3 small levels so if you are coming with friends, everyone will have privacy. Cleaning is everyday. Lady who do this changes towels every day, washing the dishes, care about this place very well. 

Pool is daily cleaned as well. You have jacuzzi apart from pool with small waterfall. 

No mosquitos. ( seen 1 for 7 days of staying ) 

View is amazing. You have outdoor kitchen and nice table with barbecue  aside , you have terrace where you can enjoy sunset while you enjoy wine and cigar. 

Everything you see on promo pictures is reflection of this place 100%.

Your host, Mr. George will be at your disposal for everything you need. 

If you like luxury shopping, if you drive luxury car and live luxury lifestyle , this is the place for you.  
If you don’t , this place is for you even more.

I stayed in Meliti's villa from 13/05 till 17/05 and all I can say is that everything was just perfect !! The view from the balcony was unbelievable and of course the pool and the outdoor jacuzzi is all somenone needs to relax.....People that worked there were already friendly and polite....The centre of Leykada is close (like 7 minutes with car)
It is ideal for family and couple vacations...
I will surely go again soon!!
