This place is the best!!! Thanasis and his mother will give you the best hospitality and feeling on your visit to Zagori. Kipi village is perfectly located to visit all sites and locations around, and Amanitis guesthouse is perfectly located in Kipi. This is definitely he best place to stay. Clean, beautiful, nice people, great atmosphere. 

A beautiful small guesthouse in a quiet location with spacious tasteful immaculate rooms / suites and lots of green space around the stone houses. Kipi being an ideal starting point for excursions anywhere in the Zagori area. Excellent breakfast buffet, there is something for every taste. But what really makes this place a jewel and keeps us coming back is lovely Natasha (Anastasia), the owner. She makes you feel welcome, is always available with advice about the area, assisting guests in organising activities and excursions, or just having a chat over a coffee.
Unfortunately, things were different during our last stay in July. There seem to be tensions between the owners that impacted, not only our stay, in a slightly negative way. We can only hope they will be able to find a solution so we can keep recommending this wonderful place.

We visited Kipi and Amanitis by chance while we were travelling round Greece. Both were wonderful! Amanitis is a group of stone-built cottages with apartments, some bigger some more intimate, with a large and comfortable guest bar, lounge and dining room, although we spent most of our time basking in the sun on the wide terraces round about.
Amanitis is run by the very wonderful Natasha and her Mum. Natasha speaks good English which helps! She provided delicious breakfasts, maps, guidance and ideas for enjoying the wonderful Zagori region. We did a lot of walking, and even got up at 5.30am one morning to listen to the most spectacular dawn chorus of birdsong, just outside.. nightingales aplenty.
Come to Zagori to enjoy the mountains, rivers and spectacular walking. And come and stay at Amaniti!

November 2014. Off season. I am guiding a group of 8 men in the age of 35-40. I was looking for place where my customers could partially cook themselves. From a friend I got a recommendation about Amanitis. My expectations and those of customers were more than fulfilled. The room were perfect equipped, the service was absolutely friendly. Natasha, she owns and runs the place was very helpful. From the very beginning she gave us tips for region and was all the time trying to find all the information I was needing. She comes originally from Kipoi and knows lot of people and things from and about the region. She is a very pleasant person and creates a positive atmosphere. The evenings with games next to the fire place we will never forget. Highly recommended.

Our stay in accommodation "Amanitis" was amazing. Natasa and her mother are super kindly hosts, friendly and attentive. "Amanitis" houses are placed in a fantastic location with beautiful view of the village "Kipoi" in a traditional environment. Our accommodation was lovely (traditional stone house), comfortable, cozy and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very delicious (with fresh eggs) and had big variety.
Highly recommended for any season of the year to everyone (friends, couples, families etc) who wants to relax in a quiet traditional village, like "Kipoi", where are "Amanitis" traditional stone houses, but also to everyone who wants to explore the region of "Vikos" (with the well known canyon and the Zagoria villages).
