Help out at reception could not find booking No hot water in shower - waited 7 minutes till Luke warm Broken lift Friendly people at breakfast

The heating in the room and bathroom was faulty, a blanket and a new room were all promised but it stuck, breakfast was a joke... no fruit... no yoghurt... no milk... just packaged sausage and cheese.

A very good three-star hotel. The absolute cleanliness, the genuine kindness of the staff and the good cuisine for a hotel of this class are of particular interest. Particularly interesting for foreign visitors is the proximity to the S-Bahn. You are about 15 minutes from the Nikolassee station to the Zoo station. We have been there for the second time now and will surely return.

Very good price performance ratio

Hotel close to the forest, ideal for a shared car park with the gas station and the burger king. Perfect English accommodation; restaurant with limited choice; elevator; very comfortable large room with a view of the forest; for breakfast, very cozy! I have been coming to Germany for almost 10 years but such a choice is fabulous...

The right plan!!

Very good location, with two S-Bahns (5 minutes on foot) many attractions can be reached directly. There are parking spaces. Wannsee can be reached on foot. Breakfast o.k. rooms sufficiently large and surprisingly quiet (towards the forest). rooms always neatly cleaned. Staff friendly and competent. Everything necessary available. Only disadvantage: the facilities have come in years.

Good price-performance ratio

Traveling by car , you have to be early  there are to less parking options. It is not the best option to have a room on the front side , because the hotel is located on a road which is busy with trucks at daybreak.

Staff is very polite

The location and facilities of the hotel are fine, but something has come up over the years. At least it was clean. We paid 99 euros for a small double room and the price is very overpriced for what is offered. The lady at the reception gave us a key when we checked in, but the room was booked - she had switched the keys. The other room was at least unbooked, but a smoking room for that. I can't recommend the hotel for the price. Since our hotel was actually overbooked, we had to stay overnight. If you have no other choice, you can spend a night there - otherwise you'd better invest the money elsewhere.

Price-performance ratio is poor

The three-night stay, located on the outskirts of Berlin and halfway to Potsdam, offers comfortable rooms with all the necessary equipment, excellent breakfast included.It is 100 metres from the train station leading to the centre of Berlin and to the other side to Potsdam, has a restaurant, bar next to the hotel and a service station for the convenience of those we drive.

Very good location.

This hotel is just beside a forest and within walking distance of beautiful Wannsee lake. It is ideal for anyone who likes jogging walking bird watching as there are numerous paths in the forest. You can walk in 20 minutes to a private beach located in a huge park with very good facilities and very good management. The nearest Train station is easy walking distance. The hotel has a café which serves food and nearby is a restaurant with a very extensive menu. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean and the bird song at night was particularly beautiful.
