We paid for the room, before we saw it, given what we saw, the disgusting smell of the interior of the establishment, the deplorable living conditions of the room... we preferred to continue the journey without visiting the city. I have never encountered such horror. I do not understand that something like this is cataloged as a hotel and remains open.

Asqueroso, inconceivable, unacceptable, and unthinkable.

Everything was dirty, no TVs, smelly smells in the hallways and the rooms, no cars in front of the hotel but a hotel full of people who live there every day and eat inside the rooms.

It's awful.

It was not terrible we had a right to an apartment when we saw the rooms more quiet but to the relief the bedding and cleanliness... then what about the kitchen restaurant that we would call industrial price too expensive when we slept badly

The hosts were warm, kind and friendly.Although, I found the hotel to be overpriced for the poor condition - it was in the process of a lot of building work (which will mean that in the future it will be a lot better).. But also my room was very basic, with no air conditioning (they gave me a fan when I asked for it, but it was not standard in the room). It was also right next to a noisy road which meant that I had to close the window to be able to hear the TV! And then it was extremely hot!The people were kind and friendly though.

Horror: Smell of tobacco in the hallway I felt like the TV in the next room was in my room no decor in the hotel and in my room (nothing on the wall). on the other hand, the walls don't lack holes.... the doors of the closet broken up dust and dirt on the floor no fan as advertised the toilet towels felt very bad no toilet paper the plastic cups in the bathroom weren't packed breakfast was ridiculous: 1 croissant, one loaf, 1 loaf in a small loaf, very coffee, pieces of sugar presented unpacked for 6.50 €.

It's a shame to find this kind of hotel on the site. Especially at the price of a normal hotel. Hideous, unmaintained, no welcome. A corner of land as a parking lot. Hotel turned into a social housing studio. Brave people escape

Horror and misfortune

terrible hotel. The receptionist couldn't find my reservation (all their bookings were written down on a big piece of paper - very old fashioned and strange) They had no record of my payment. I hate to show them my bank statement. The wifi didn't work in the rooms. Beds weren't comfortable. Overall this place either needs a makeover or to be shut down.

Don't bother

Booked  this hotel from w------m, looking at it on their site one would think, as we did, what a nice hotel, wrong, on arriving we was shown to our room via a piped carpet stair way, on the landing was a broken old wardrobe, on entering the room we found a rusty light fitting, mold round the air vent, and walls, spiders webs every where along with dirt and dust, the carpet was so dirty i smelt, their was hip out of the head board, excrement on the wall, rawl plugs every where in the wall, the phone was taped up, in the hotel lived single parent familes, on looking out of the window we say a small roof full of rubbish along with a old used toilet brush, we did have a little kitchenet in our room but no pots or pans what use is that, we was told their is a restaurant, be that was closed, and the terrace was a bomb site, i could go on for ever, please look at the photos and make your own mind up, On complaining to planigo, we where offered a max of 8% discout off our next booking, a real good jesture NOT!,,, PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE.....NOT EVEN FIT FOR A DOG
