Everything went very well!!! we stayed two nights and stayed more than in accordance with the cleanliness, location and the good treatment we received from the staff.

Very good accommodation!

There was no one to take us in, this hotel was very light, so when we saw the room, we left because it was impossible to sleep in this poor room, the sheets were dirty, it smelled bad, and the next day, a friend of mine took a picture of the sheets and towels outside in the rain on a cart, I strongly recommend that you do not.

A sneaky hotel.

Excellent and professional home, spacious room. Despite the fact that we were on the 2nd floor the water was very hot. Bedroom and staircase clean. Maintenance is done regularly, technicians came to change the lamps in the corridors during our stay so that there is more light. I recommend to everyone, especially that the location is optimal a few minutes from the centre of Dijon and 15 minutes from the train station.

Quality report price unbeatable

What a scam!!! The  reception  looks like everything but a reception! Already, no permanence, you have to call a cell phone... and wait! After paying the room (and the stay fee is 5x more expensive than elsewhere?), you get your keys... then you start the climb up to the rooms floors. As you climb the stairs, you start to doubt:  have I done well? : cleanliness beyond doubtful sites, bad smell... Then you arrive in the rooms: for us, the floor is a mess in front of an Sdb, and for the others, it was raining in everything! So we decided to leave the premises on the field, don't let sleep and don't go there, so don't worry about it!

Get out of here!

Shame how a site like yours can recommend this kind of establishment. It's just a passing hotel!!!!!!!!! You should have refunded us the price of the 2 rooms. We! ran away without even occupying the rooms and have to ride at night.... Room 25 with a hole facing the lower floor and room 31 hole from the roof, it was raining in the room.

Disastrous

Reception was closed for much of the afternoon and, without a working phone, I had no way of contacting the reception. Nonetheless, it all got sorted. The room was everything I needed; a comfortable bed, a shower with warm water; and a tv. Everything was a little dated, but I expected as much from the price. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of town. The manager was a lovely guy and helped me enjoy my stay.

The reception at the hotel is more of a brick-and-mortar than a real reception... the receptionist asks for a stay fee of 5 euros per night, while the room is announced on Booking TTC. When we refuse, she calls her boss who is aggressive and even calls me a racist... There is no light in the rooms, no door separating the toilets, the floor collapses in places, no lunch, of course, no parking nearby. Cleanliness is also desirable; we even found two cockroaches.

Almost unsanitary hotel and rude and aggressive hotel owner

This hotel is more than a hotel of terror, very different from what you see in the pictures... we arrived at 10pm with our family, at the entrance to welcome us in dirty sheets and what should be a reception, a desk with a stench of mold that accompanies us up to the room.

We had to run.

Contrary to what we have read in some reviews, the reception is simple but very correct! The hotel and the rooms are a bit vintage but everything remains very nice. Common parties and rooms would be refreshing. Little bemool on the shower very small. For the rest, the hotel does the job for a small stop in Dijon. The situation in the hypercenter a few hundred meters from the release square is exceptional.

Correct and exceptional situation

-> dishonest and unpleasant accommodation Booking via Booking of a triple room - on arrival, a double room - no problem for me - I nevertheless go back down to the reception to make sure I will pay the price of a double room. At the time of check-out I am charged for the triple room, I have to insist: to pay the price of the room where I actually stayed, I am accused of lying to the previous discussion - before concluding by saying 'I don't like people who book by booking'. Without comments. Proposing a relatively attractive price does not justify such behaviour. -> Small reception starting at 12h on Sunday so leave the possibility of business on Sunday for the hotel's closed night in the city.
