174 reviewsPerfect location if you're going on a Saimaa Kanal cruise. Stayed twice in the historical beautifully renovated old spa building which is on the lakeside. Nice very clean quiet rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning and a coffee capsule machine. Bicycles for hire to explore the surrounds (the old fortress and harbour). Fantastic breakfast buffet that surely has something for every taste. All staff we encountered were friendly and happy, top marks going to Jani on reception. If we ever return to Lappeenranta this will be our hotel.
