Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo

We’ve just come back from an 11‑day stay at Royal Maxim Kempinski Cairo, and honestly it was amazing. From the second we arrived, my wife, my little boy and I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after, not in a “hotel routine” way but in a way that felt personal. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was big, very comfortable, and always spotless. Housekeeping and the way they keep the whole place maintained is honestly impressive. But what really makes the difference here is the people. I have to mention Nijar Khaled (she’s the lady in red you’ll see around). In a random chat we had with her, she overheard that we were celebrating our anniversary. We didn’t ask for anything at all, but she went ahead and prepared the sweetest surprise for us and our 2‑year‑old. It was so thoughtful and creative that it genuinely gave us a memory we’ll never forget. That kind of attention to detail makes you feel very special as a guest. Also, Merna, Nariman, and Abdelrhman at the front desk were fantastic, always kind and helpful with anything we needed. Hossam from the breakfast team was amazing too, he just somehow knew what we’d want before we even asked. Even the guys at the front door, the bellboys, and the valet were always friendly and quick to help. You can really tell the hotel takes care of its staff because that positivity comes through in how they treat you. After this trip my wife and I agreed that Kempinski is going to be our home in Cairo every year when we come back for our holiday.
