We have just returned to the UK after a fabulous short break at The Huxley hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little gem of a hotel. We stayed in the premier family room (myself, my husband our 13 year old son) The room was cosy and warm, the bathroom was lovely and the beds were so comfy! We had breakfast at the hotel on 3 mornings, the food was fresh and plentiful with a mix of hot and cold options including pastries, fruit, cheeses, salmon and meats as well as the cooked options. I'd like to give a special shout out to Elizabeth who was working at breakfast, she was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were all friendly. This hotel is perfectly located to explore the delights of Copenhagen on foot. Thank you. X
