Great location. Clean. Great staff. A bit loud since on a busy street. Would recommend and would return

Clean, large, beautiful and economical. Ideal to rest after a walk or go to the rededores. It is very well located. Close to the square, the cathedral, restaurants, parks and various clothing stores.

It is a hotel with spacious and clean rooms, is well located (in the center) has an excellent price, the people who serve are very friendly. The hotel has the necessary amenities.

Excellent price to quality ratio.

My partner and I stayed here with his family while visiting the region. My partner is Colombian and they we friends with the owner. We were a large group (9) and initially were told they only had one large room with 4 beds they could offer us but upon arrival we were pleased to be given a second room. The hotel is very clean. The amenities are minimum but very adequate. The rooms were a nice size. The baths small but adequate - understandable as the property occupies a historic building. The best feature in my opinion was hot water and reliable internet - 2 things which can be rare in Colombia. Overall we were pleased with our stay. 

Accommodating staff

On the phone they say a price and when they pay they say another higher, they gave us the room without soaps and with two small towels, we had problems with the parking garage that remains on a block and we were charged for the service of the same. Not to mention they called us to see if we had carried two large towels that were never delivered to us. As if one paid $140,000 to carry two towels. First and last time at that hotel. No, I recommend it.

Poor experience.

The hotel is quite clean, the beds are comfortable and you get a good rest. although they do not have a restaurant that will give you breakfast if it was within your fare. it is four blocks from the main square. well located to visit the whole historic town of Tunja. the employees seem to be novices and need more experience in hotel business.

Good quality/price ratio

The hotel has comfortable, well-rounded rooms, an attentive and friendly staff, located in a central area and everything is close by.The only place is the lack of a restaurant or at least breakfast, that of going out looking is uncomfortable and takes a lot of time to get to know.
