Akanee

Location is best in Shuhe ancient town area. They have 24 hr warm water (at least when i use), free internet wifi, friendly staff although they not speaking english. Toilet is ok western style with shampoo,liquid soap, toothbrush and clean towel. Room is good but they don't provide electric blanket (not a big problem) Price is value for me, by the way, the map they provide in agoda is incorrect the location is not nearly black dragon pool.
