We stayed at Hostal Escalera al Puerto in Valparaíso over New Years Eve, the owners of the hostel were wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms are beautiful with fantastic views and a lovely breakfast. A great price for a very good quality stay! Exceptionally comfy beds also! Fabulous location right in the middle of the Valparaíso hills and walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this accommodation we loved it!!
