Beautiful view in a 200 year old inn. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Nice breakfast and bar. Definitely recommend.

The rooms felt the history of the house and very elegant without being over the top.Walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The breakfasts were such a treat. Kim, in the dinning room remembered my favourite tea. She had bought so I would have it at my next breakfast THAT'S customer service!

Charming inn and rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and delicious food. A wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at the Treadwell Inn was fantastic!  Don’t forget to schedule a dinner reservation at the Inn, you won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at the Treadwell, which is a quaint historic inn perfectly located in the heart of Saint Andrews. The room was beautifully appointed and felt like it fit the vibe of Saint Andrews perfectly. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home. We made great use of deck right off of our room to soak up the seaside views.
What sets the Treadwell apart is definitely the service. Every staff member that we encountered was attentive, helpful, and focused on ensuring we were happy. 
We also loved the Chandler room, the restaurant on the main floor. We had a few meals in Saint Andrews and this was by far our favorite with flavorful dishes that were perfect for sharing, the scallops and oysters were fantastic.
We left the Treadwell feeling like we had spent the weekend with our best friends, and will definitely be back. 

We stayed at the Treadwell two nights last week. When we booked the reservation, I received a text shortly after from the owner to confirm when we would be arriving. She wanted to make sure she was there to welcome us. The property is very beautiful and the views from the balconies are breathtaking! The staff were very helpful with suggestions of places we should go while there. We also bought a few bottles of their great olive oil and balsamic vinegar which I look forward to using soon. These will bring back the great memories of this Inn.

It was our first visit it to St. Andrews and I'm so happy we stayed at the Treadwell Inn. The room was lovely, the view from the deck was fantastic, the food is excellent and the entire staff was so helpful.  We will be back!

Amazing place! Would stay again. Great views. Walking distance to everything.

Quaint...Cindy very nice and welcoming...great location...comfortable accommodations. Didn't like that with a minimum of two-day stay required, both days we reserved their restaurant and wine bar, prominent in their advertising, was closed. Don't visit Monday and Tuesday and expect the full treatment at least not after Labor Day. Otherwise a great location with an awesome view.

Amazing stay and meal at the Treadwell - highly recommend. 

This was our first stay at the Treadwell Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. Kim was warm and offered suggestions on activities. The room had a balcony overlooking the ocean which was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon wine. The breakfast was very good as well. We liked it so much we’ve already booked a return stay.

Great potential, just rushed....We were looking for a fun dining experience as we were staying town for 3 nights and this property wasn't open Monday or Tuesday, so Sunday it was.  Food was quite good, but service was rushed, always seemed like they needed to turn the table one more time.  Otherwise, a lovely evening.

We had the pleasure of staying here this past weekend – it was a one-of-a-kind experience!  I have always loved staying in different Hotels and trying new chain locations, but the Treadwell Inn has changed my perception entirely and I believe more private locations are the best way to experience staying away from home.

Check in experience was flawless and our room was immaculate.  We stayed in #6 and friends of ours were in #5 so we had the whole top floor to ourselves.  

Just a few amenities to mention – complimentary locally made hand soap for the tub, books/board games/magazines for use, outside propane fireplace for use, complimentary breakfast, Starlink Internet & so much more!

As other reviewers mentioned, beds were exceptionally comfortable!  Honestly, there is nothing I can include that hasn’t already been mentioned in past reviews - I did make note of the 1 star review – it is easy to read that it speaks nothing about the location but more on the character of the individual.

We are already planning our next trip back!

Absolutely love this Inn!!
We just left this inn today and we already want to go back. We stayed in room 5. Loved the comfy bed, jetted tub  and the balcony the most. 

We also loved where the inn was located. The owners are lovely people and the breakfasts were incredible.

We have already booked to go back. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Treadwell Inn was wonderful! Excellent location, can walk to many restaurants.Breakfast served offered a good variety. We had one dinner at the Inn. The food was delicious.Had a wonderful view of trh ocean!Hosts were very helpful in offering places to hike and see.Walking out onto the ocean floor at low tide was an amazing experience.Would stay there again!

Wonderful place

Wonderful experience and stay at Treadwell Inn, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, room was great and clean, breakfast on the patio in the morning was amazing. Nice and quiet, not busy was also a huge plus in our books! Will recommend to any friends/family visiting the area and also hope to return in the future!
