Just a clean Motel along the way that allows pets

Nice AC, ancient Danby fridge could restart the ice age, great tv, nice beds and sheets not too far from town.

We were on our way from our wedding in Barrie ON to our new home in Saskatchewan and very tired from the wedding. We arrived to the area very late and took a chance calling the Bo-Mark. They were very nice given the hour and honestly the place was cleaner than we expected. Thank you Bo-Mark for making our trip safe and comfortable. 

The young lady at the office was lovely, the room was spotless and well equipped. Everything smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were a bit too firm for me, but I have bad arthritis. Otherwise great location, and friendly service.

Stayed 2 evenings as my fathers vehicle was having mechanical challenges. The owner Mayuri was very flexible and kind to our situation and our booking needs. Lovely Owners, Clean & Safe. I would recommend and I would return. Thanks so much.

Superbly located at edge of North Bay, easy drive into town while relatively quiet. Spotlessly clean and updated. Comfortable bed. Kind owners. Only complaint is that proffered coffee was instant. At this price range, a mini Keurig or central coffee pot is rather standard.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly.Parking is right at the door.

Very Accommodating. 

We recently stayed here as a halfway point heading to Timmins for a snowmobile trip. The owners were very accommodating and gave us a room right at the end so we could park the truck and trailer in front of out door. The room was very neat and tidy. It looks to have been updated not too long ago.  I was very surprised to see real glasses and coffee mugs instead of plastic or paper cups. Nice touch!  Will definitely stay here again.

What a great little gem of a hotel!

We had such a comfortable stay at Bo-Mark, suite 6, Wed. September 18 arrival to Thursday Sept 19 departure.  We will absolutely stay there again.  Even though there was a lot of traffic on the highway out front, inside the suite was quiet, so don't worry about noise at all.  We slept peacefully.  Thanks so much to the owners and the staff at Bo-Mark Motel!

It’s obvious how much pride Cris and Urszula take in their gem of a motel about 3 minutes north of the City of North Bay. 
Clean and well-maintained, comfortable beds, with very reasonable prices and friendly faces, I’d recommend this motel in a heartbeat - even to friends and family.

Wonderfully welcoming rooms...

From the moment I arrived I had a great experience.  The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and considerate.  The price was very reasonable, and it appeared well maintained.

The room itself was immaculate.  Everything seemed new, no musty smells, and it didn't have that worn-out feeling many motels have.  The people who run the place clearly care about it and the experience their patrons have.  I spent several days and I found it to be an excellent experience.

Wi-Fi signals were strong and speed was perfect.  I'm not sure what else to say.  Considering that my vehicle had broken down and I was waiting on a repair, it was the best I could have hoped for.  If I ever need to stay in North Bay again I will not consider staying any place else.

Quick check-in.  Room was very clean.  Bed was comfortable.

Good motel.

I stayed there recently and found the room to be very clean, and the owners were friendly. I brought my small dog,so this motel is pet friendly. Also I liked the fact that there were lawn chairs right outside your room,  i would stay there again.
