Renovated and very clean motel. Small kitchen in the bedroom. Very large bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioned. Refrigerator with coffee accessories. Welcoming staff. Quiet location and a 5-minute walk from the city centre.

That's great.

I can't say enough about hw much we enjoyed the apartment we stayed in recently.  This section of the hotel is newly build taking into consideration everything one could need on vacation.  Really big apartment that can accomodate 4 people comfortably
The king size bed is extremely comfortable and the linen smells clean.
The kitchen is well equiped and all the appliances are new and well maintained.  The staff is exetrmely pleasant and try to make your stay is as nice as possible.  
It's a lot closer to the public beach than i thought...10 min walk max.  
I highly recommend apartment 45 at the back, although all apartments are really well insulated and sound proof.

Surpassed our expectations

First, you arrive in a room that tastes like daylight. Then you notice an exceptional cleanliness. Then you see the kitchenette; small fridge-freezer, stove round, microwave, all for cooking simply with supplied dishes!!! Very comfortable bed and very well soundproofed and quiet place. Lastly, what about the bathroom; the shower is super - umbrella AND shower apple. We will return there without hesitation! Super price-quality ratio, take your chance! Thank you for the welcome!

It's a great place.

The place is clean, the owner is very nice, the rooms have been updated after a fire, nice showers and a small bar.
The staff is super helpful and very accommodating.
Short walk to the best coffee shop, local restaurants and brewery!

The running trails are also very close ( 2.5k from sentier des Éperlans via Ch des Eperlands and Ch Bouchard) From there you can get lost and have fun!

Better than you think!

A new and large kitchenette was included in our unit. This room was quite large and very comfortable as well. Normally there is a bar on-site, but it was closed due to covid. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, there were a few drawbacks related to its location: compared to most other hotels in the area: there was no great seaside view and it was located a bit further out from the beach and the restaurant area.

Nice stay in Carleton-sur-Mer

Reservation by phone was a breeze, the receptionist pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival a few days later, she had a friendly smile and the room ready. Located far away from the road, the room was not only quiet but clean & spacious containing a comfortable queen bed with a complete kitchenette (utensils, pots, dishcloth, etc). Bathroom was also roomy and offered the usual toiletries and white towels. Hot water took a minute or two to make it but that was it. The only problem was the wifi connection: it was almost non-existent in the room, better in the hallway but very slow nonetheless. I mentioned the issue to the receptionist the next morning and was told that the connection had been slow for everyone in the past 24 hours. Other than that, we had a pleasant overnight stay.

Very good motel for its category

Very good place for a short to medium stay. Room with really functional kitchen, everything there: dishes, utensils, mini fridge, microwave, two rounds. In short, everything you need to cook. Everything is clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. If you need anything, hop to the reception or you'll be greeted with a smile. A little further from downtown Carleton and it's a good thing to enjoy the tranquility of the place.

Everything's fine at the motel shelter, we can find anything.

Despite the fact that it is a motel and that this type of establishment has a lower rating, our room was in a renovated and qualified part.

Surprise of travel

It's the best motel we've ever stayed at. The beach, the restaurants, the shops, everything nearby. The crystal clear, the place is great, the equipment and the service. We bought apartments, we loved it. I recommend this place to everyone.

The best motel on this coast.

Stayed one night on 2 March 2020, very clean and quiet place, caring staff the owner is friendly and accommodating. The convenient kitchen has allowed us to have a comfortable and warm dinner without having to run the restas that are rare in winter here. I recommend this motel, competitive rate, discounted price during the low season for contractors or workers on telephone reservation.
