The appartment is spacious as described but not well equipped for cooking, the only thing that was available was salt and pepper.  We cleaned up all the dishes and the cutlery before using.  The dishwasher was in a poor state.  We went to the dollar store to buy more dishwasher soap, paper towel, aluminium foil, etc.  We cleaned up the BBQ with what we had available but the amount of grease in the pan made a small BBQ fire.  The towels and the bed sheets were clean and the beds are comfortable.  But the appartment would need a deep cleaning of the bathrooms.  The baseboards were probably never cleaned before.  We had high expectations for this place but we were disappoined.  It’s in an Orchard, so what about putting a basket with a few fruits on the table for a nice welcome.  We went to say Hi to the owner but it was not a warmed welcome either.

The experience was not what we expected

This a great place to experience farm to table.  The people and the land are amazing. The accommodations are perfectly situated to tour the organic farm and to eat at Row 14 without worrying about driving after dinner. This is a very special place.

Found this place quiet but we were on the upper level so cannot advise on the lower suites. The farm is very nice and the restaurant is absolutely amazing. Suite is very basic and roomy but could use some hooks in the bathrooms(no place to put towels). A little pricey for two people but good value if you are a family or travelling with friends. Units have individual ac units which is nice and also a coffee maker.

This is a very nice location. Quiet area with lovely views. Large suite with many amenities.

Our suite had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for our group,it also has fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Also a large modern barbecue on the deck.   Washing machine and dryer and dishwasher also available.

Quiet Paradise in Apple orchids and wineries close by in the beautiful Similkameen Valley

First off, just want to say what a fabulous stay we had on the 60 acre organic farm. The restaurant Row 14 was amazing (dined there 2 nights in a row) and it was great to be able to amble through the orchard from our Guest Suite to the restaurant.  We visited with another couple and reserved a bottom level suite.  They accommodated our little dog which was wonderful.  The accommodations on the lower suite have little sound proofing and we had upstairs renters stomping around like crazy.  Bring earplugs if you have a lower suite.  The suite is air conditioned which was a blessing as it was incredibly hot outside.  Unit was very clean and fresh.  Comfortable beds and nice towels.   Only one bathroom which gets a little tight when there are multiple people staying and little counter space for toiletries but not a big deal. Sparsely decorated but met our needs.  The owners Kevin and Annamarie were super friendly and helpful and Kevin gave us a tour of the farm which was truly excellent!  Will come again but rent upstairs unit.

Nice property --Love the Restaurant

We were trying to book a night or two in Osoyoos or near by and felt so fortunate to have found vacancy here. I was quite excited as the area was beautiful and I loved the concept of staying on an organic farm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the restaurant Row Fourteen and loved sampling the ciders. However, our experience in the suites was disappointing and could be so much better, especially for the price. We booked the only pet friendly room which was a lower suite. The noise above us was constant which is expected when staying in a multi-level place, however the sound proofing seemed to be minimal. The suite was very basic with no frills. Although it had a full kitchen and coffee maker and grinder the knobs on the stove still had food stuck to it. There were two almost empty bottles of oil and vinegar next to the stove. The bathroom had little to no counter space and the hand soap bottle was about 1/8th full and the window was broken and never repaired. The internet was also extremely slow even after trying three different networks. Perhaps the other suites are nicer but sadly we wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend this place. I must say, this place has so much potential and just some added touches such as extra hooks or shelves in bathroom and maybe personal touches like a fruit basket, bottled water or guest book/tourist booklets would make a huge difference. We will however highly recommend the restaurant and the cider. 

Fabulous restaurant but disappointing accommodations 

Beautiful area full of orchards and vineyards.  Row 14 restaurant was phenomenal.

We stayed in the ambrosia suite and loved it. It’s brand new and worked perfect for a girls get away. The property is beautiful, the restaurant Row 14 is a must. Our table did the harvest dinner and we were blown away. We rented bikes from the restaurant and rode around to the wineries. We’ll be back next year for sure!
