Nice breakfast, clean and friendly place. Excelent service and breakfast. The room was great, just like we expected. But the road between the beach of Jabaquara and the hotel was unpaved and we took about 20 minutes to arrive to the center by car.

I went to Paraty with my family.
Hotel is great. 2km away from city centre but if you're going to Paraty you either have a car or shou,d rent oneso no problem.

Hotel is great: good accomodation, good breakfast and good people. Everyone was very helpful an doing his best in order to exceed our expectations.

FRUTO DA TERRA is a great option in Paraty

Everything about this pousada was perfect! The room was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of fresh fruits, breads, eggs, juices with something different each day. The service was helpful and friendly. 
The location is off the "Beaten Path". It is quiet and safe. The only thing behind the pousada is the jungle. The beach is right down the street. We ate a tasty dinner on the sand by the water.
I would highly recommend staying here. I wish that I had more time to stay longer.

Lovely place to stay - very clean and tastefully arranged. Yummy breakfast.
Close to Jabaquara beach, which has wild ponies roaming around and a range of cool beach bars and restaurants. Really nice location. Also more of a rural experience than staying in the centre of Paraty, which is quite touristy.
Hotel owners (forgotten their names, sorry!!) very kind and helpful, arranged several day trips for us.
Only downside = 30 mins walk to Paraty city centre. Means you generally go out for the day, come back in the evening. Taxis are quite expensive. But it's a nice walk - along the beach, over a bridge, and into Paraty.

Excelent hotel in Paraty

Excellent Pousada!!!

Beautiful pousada, 30min walk from city centre...

Nice place, but far from town

Stayed at this pousada last week. It's beautifully decorated with lots of good things - tasty breakfast, a/c, parking, and a very friendly host, Patricia. The big drawback is it's a long way from town - more like 45 mins walk than the 30 claimed on the website, and taxis are not all that reliable (late or sometimes not available at all). Great for the nearby beach but not if you'll spend most of your time in the historic town.
