Positive Point - Gentle and Educated Officials. Negative Points - - HOTEL ALL falling to pieces trailer falling inside the rooms and hallways and taking off from the walls, very dirty elevator. - Rooms where almost nothing works, infiltration into the walls, humidity, very old furniture, fridge all rusted, room and bwc very dirty; - Floors letting off inside the room; - Warnings to guests placed in the elevator where it reported that bath towels would only be exchanged second, fifth and Saturday ; Honestly, I don't know how the tourism supervisory system of Laguna a tourist city leaves a hotel operating with this precariousness and unsanitary, putting guests at risk in ROMENDO NECON.

Hotel with good location, but with rooms where almost nothing works, very poor cleaning, layered clothes, towels and old, dirty blankets, only men working in the service and even breakfast where the tables have no towels, in my opinion this hotel would have to go through a complete renovation or close the doors.

Excellent location.

An old, well-preserved building, attentive and dedicated team, we're in a large, comfortable room, Wi-Fi system working very well, the same can be said for air conditioning, the only exception being the Franciscan breakfast.

Simple and comfortable

I loved the hotel! It exceeded my expectations. Old but well-preserved hotel, good size room, good bathroom. Simple but good breakfast. The pool is great, big, very nice water, the pool environment is inviting. Great location, a beach square and a centre square, close to everything. There is only one point that I think could be improved, I could have a stick in the sack. Attendance from all the employees is good, everyone is warm and supportive. We will definitely be back. Super recommend!!!

That's good!

For the price I paid, if I could give 4 stars to the hotel. The accommodations as well as the building are a little old but well preserved, very clean, very useful staff, the Juvenal very attentive and concerned about the well-being of the guests. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Close to the beach and with parking for the guests. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. It was worth every penny I paid.

The hotel is well located, easy access from the BR 101, very close to the sea and to the shopping points (supermarkets, supermarkets, cafeterias, cafeterias...), spacious and air-conditioned rooms, spacious parking, the staff service is excellent, friendly and attentive! Comfort and great accommodation.

It's a high-middle-class hotel. A few meters from the beach. It has good facilities. Spacious lobby and lounges. Wide swimming pool with clean water. Covered garage and no, spacious. The rooms have a small balcony. Cold, hot air conditioner. Bathroom is fine. Quite spacious. But access to the duchero has an opening of barely 35 cm. Hardly anyone can enter if they weigh about 90 to 100 kg. Maybe that's not the owner's direct responsibility... the designers of the world seem far removed from the planet they inhabit. Very few places seem to have solutions appropriate to people. Rather, they seem to design conveniences. Easy and easy to access. We would like to go to a nice place that has visual amenities.

Precious... the neighborhood doesn't help.

I stayed here overnight on a business trip along the SC coast.  Having been told it was an economy place, I was very pleasantly surprised.  The rooms are basic but comfortable.  I had a very good night's sleep.  Good breakfast buffet by Brazilian standards.  Would stay here again- very good service and good value.

Pleasant surprise- a lovely hotel at reasonable rates

Very good care from the staff. Location and cleaning. The incredible stack, although so close to the beach that we haven't been much. While its simple rooms will always touch us with new or well-maintained mattresses, a 10-room cleaning, a TV and an icebox a little larger than a refrigerator.
