Old hotel, old, bad parking, or worse still, three blocks of hotel, dirty room and bathroom with a bad impression, breakfast till it passes, the only thing that was worth it in this hotel.

Hotel does not comply with the rules of consumer law, did not take a loss in the vehicle that was in his responsibility

Simple, old but very clean and tidy hotel good breakfast with view of the saw parking next to the hotel with 5 spaces, terrible small couple bed for me that I'm big what's more, I recommend hotel is in the center of town be careful with the people in the blue zone are quick to fine

Simple and comfortable

Specific to room 411, I don't know if other rooms are like this. Bathroom with mold, box filled with water, tiles and floors very old and worn out, air conditioning splashed a lot of water, parking next to the hotel with few spaces and the other one is further away, without signage and very dark, towels with hair, sheets and yellow edredom.

Little disappointed

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, the structure is old, like windows and taco floor, but with small upgrades, like porcelain in the bathroom and a shower is wonderful, a warm bath guaranteed. Breakfast is simple, with options like pies, cakes and fruit, but very well served. Because it is a central region, the external noise can be a bit annoying at night. The parking next to the hotel is terrible, very tight and extremely dangerous to maneuver. However, in a nearby street they offer a simple parking lot, which can be used by the guest himself or even, use the hotel's free manob service, which is used by a very attentive signal. The attention of a gentleman was also very sunny, and special, and super friendly.

Simple, But Worth It

Hotel in the city centre, parking with manoeuvring and very secure. The rooms are cozy and everything is well cleaned. The internet does not work well, breakfast is quite simple but there is enough for a good breakfast. The city is very quiet and there is little noise near the hotel.

Excellent Cost Benefit

Even though it was old, the room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable, good pillows, the bathroom ok, good breakfast, very attentive attendance. But the cleaning left much to be desired, especially the bathroom cleaning.

Unsatisfactory cleaning

Cruiser has grown, but the hotels are still the same and it's not new not to find accommodation in the city. The Ambassador Hotel is not a Brastemp, but given the circumstances it's the only option in Cruiser.

Positive points: Although old, the accommodations have been retrofitted and feature some updated comfort items (LCD TV, Air-conditioned split, bed box) and contemporary decoration. Negative points: as the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, the free use of third party parking is available, whose expedient is business hours. Until then nothing negative. The problem is that at night the guest himself is in charge of opening and closing the third party parking lot (the key (of the parking lot) is in the possession of the hotel, in the morning, no staff is available to accompany the guest!!), located on a street near the hotel, with street users and drug users in their entrance.

The infrastructure, linens and amenities are quite old but clean. Wifi works ok, parking is challenging because of opening and closing hours an it will take a while to park and leave. Breakfast is what makes it worth. A good way tonstart the day. Well served and included in the rate
