Pousada Fracalanza

I liked very much to this hotel. It's simple and some parts are old, but it's clean, organized and the staff is nice. I liked very much the attention of the Ronaldo (reception). The team of the breakfast/restaurant is very nice too. All my requests were attended. The breakfast is much good: many options of drinks, fruits, breads, cakes...and a delicious "pão-de-queijo" that I love very much. You can have dinner at the hotel. There are some options of food and drink: pasta, soups, juices, wine...I liked very much the taste: it was delicious. You can have your dinner in front of fireplace to warm up yourself. It's very good! There are many flowers around the hotel and they are very beautiful!!! There are birds flying around the area! The hotel is well located, but a little far from center area (Vila Capivari). If you to rent a car it will be more easier to locomove yourself. But there is a public tranportation near to the hotel (public bus) and, if you like to walk (like I do), you can go by foot for some places: Mosteiro de São Bento, Praça Central, Mercado Municipal, Antiga Estação de Trem, Igreja de Santa Terezinha (Abernéssia Area), Palácio do Estado (climbing up the montain). You can use the swimming pool, parking and structure of Hotel Leão da Montanha, near to the Capivari. The only trouble with our room was it was not well cleaned before our check-in, because there was a leak in the bathroom sink. In the next day, I related this and they fixed the sink but they did not clean our room after that! When we returned to hotel, our room was dirty yet! The employee did the cleaning while we waited.
