I thought I'd find a hotel that's simpler than the real thing, spacious app and bathroom, has a garage, a very quiet place near the airport, a very affordable fare considering the reality of the city of Boa Vista.

Surprise

I made a reservation with Mrs. Driele for 5 individual rooms at work, but when I arrived in the city on a flight at 2:40 am I was surprised by the lack of rooms, the boy who received us warned that there were only rooms with a couple bed for 5 men to sleep.

Can't believe you made a reservation!

In 2017 I stayed 1 night there and found it prayerful. In February 2018 I had to return to Boa Vista for Carnival week. The hotel does not work with reservation, and 2 weeks before I called to request 1 room, I spoke to Mrs. Sandra I think the owner of the Hotel, and she told me that she would have a vacancy when she arrived in the city. 1 week before I called again and spoke to another attendant, the information was the same, they did not work with reservation but they would have a vacancy. 2 days before the trip I called to confirm that I was going... Arriving in Boa Vista on February 10th, the one of Mrs. Sandra was at the reception and had the cock-faced face to say that she did not have a vacancy and that I warned her that I did not work with reservations... I reminded her of the call, and she had not tried to call, but that they would have a vacancy.

You never believe what they tell you about this hotel.

The hotel is very simple and has no hot water. The sheets are smaller than the bed. If you need an extra pillow forget it. Sunday cleaning forget it. The room is full of warnings as if we were in an elementary school even with tax threats if the light goes on besides the ban on changing furniture even chairs. The noisy fridge can only be changed after contacting the manager who has no time to be in the hotel. Result q sleeping with the noise. Even to change a higher pillow I had to change a lower room since the hotel has no more pillows was not allowed A real hell

A reasonable two stars

Poor attendance, horrible beds, poor morning coffee, he charged me $40,00 to wash clothes, I thought it was expensive, but he said the money would go all to the laundry, but he pocketed half the grain, the air conditioning is bad, and one night it stopped working in the middle of the morning, and the owner said I had ruined it...

Weak hotel and ignorant owner

It is a good and cheap option in Boa vista, you can´t ask too much for R$ 80,00, is very near the airport, has parking and easy access to the road to the Guiana's. They don´t service breakfast, and there are no dinnig options near by, so make sure to come with a full stomach!
