Despite of the comments we read about the Pansion Sebilj, we decided to stay there and were very positively surprised. The stuff was super helpful and friendly, the toilets were clean as well as the rooms. The noise from outside was definitely not disturbing and I consider it as normal for a place located in the energetic city center. Everywhere was super close, including the bus to airport, tunnel museum and bus station in Dobrinja. We could leave our luggage for the whole day without any problems. The coffee was good and what I like the most, is the Pansion is pet friendly! If you appreciate good places for good price, this is definitely a place for you :)
