The best thing about this hotel is the customer service. Kater went out of his way to make my family comfortable, especially my elderly parents. Martin the manager, and the other staff were also incredibly helpful. Additionally, the breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The options were endless and the service was perfect. The rooms were spacious and my parents were very pleased with the "accessible" room for my mobility challenged father. The only difficult thing for us was the distance to the central train station, as it was further than we expected and with my dad, we racked up the Uber charges. But most people can walk the distance. I had a horrible breakout of hives while there and the hotel arranged for a doctor to come to my room, which was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I were to return to Brussels!
