The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from public transport; despite being on a main road, it was perfectly silent and soundproof. The experience was very swift and enjoyable, from booking to check-in/check-out and the hotel was quick to answer to email for information and other. During the stay, the personnel at the reception and room went well beyond expectations, always providing useful inforrmation, advice and accomodating any request in a warm and kind manner. I really felt like an appreciated customer, had a great experience and definitely looking at going back when in Antwerp
