Have new management this year. Very helpful & down to earth couple with good people skills particularly for dining recommendations. I was unaware Tocumwal had so much great variety in dining at reasonable prices. Very comfortable beds & a real great pit stop on the Newell Highway to & from QLD.

I was driving North during the October floods and rang from Shepparton to look for a bed. No problems, booked a bed over the phone. Completed the details when I checked in. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and well appointed. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The microwave and fridge were very handy and its located close to shops and restaurants. A very good place to stay at a great price. Stayed again for a night a few days later heading South into the floods. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Kanimbla Motor Inn for a week while in Tocumwal for work. The room was spacious, clean neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and great hot water pressure. The staff are friendly and only too happy to assist with anything you may need. Check in was easy, breakfast cereal,  toast, juice and coffee, tea and milk supplied. The cleaning staff worked around the entire motel every day around everyone’s shifts and I didn’t hear anything while sleeping during the day. The location is great and only a three minute walk into the Main Street with supermarkets, bottle shop, pub, and cafes. The river was a two minute walk and then a walking track to Town Beach about ten minutes away.

This motor inn appealed to me because it reviewed well for cleanliness, a very important attribute in these covid 19 times. It is. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and well appointed. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The microwave and fridge were very handy and the location was close to shops and restaurants.  A very good place to stay.

Advertised as pet friendly and absolutely is. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, great size room and good value. Have driven by on way to QLD many times but will now definitely break the drive an extra night. Will definitely be back . Very quiet and comfy. Highly recommended .

We enjoyed our stay at Kanimbla.  Our room was clean and well appointed with all the fittings you would expect in a motel.  The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, while being a bit dated, was more than functional.

With the bonus of budget pricing, Kanimbla met all our needs.

Whilst nothing spectacular - the Kanimbla Motor Inn offers simple, comfortable, clean accommodation in Tocumwal.

With these types of accommodation, a comfy bed, cleanliness and great water pressure are the key factors and Kanimbla delivers in droves at a very reasonable price a stones throw from the centre of town 

Can highly reccommend for those needing a stay in Toc'

Shared a room with two others for two nights. Our room had two seperate rooms one with a double and the other with two single beds. Very spacious and impeccably clean.
Tea, coffee, juice and toast provided in the room as well as fresh milk for the cereal.
Very impressed with the motel and the owners are very accomodating.

This motel is so very clean, I have been employed as motel cleaner in the past and tend to be a bit picky. Everything was clean and fresh. My tiny dog was able to stay with me which made my trip even better. Thanks Bron

Beaut family owned motel with good rooms some accommodating a family with a full kitchen.Big tv comfortable bed and because i asked for a room with a couch i got it.On the Newell but noise wasnt a problem .Breakfast was hot and fresh.A pool for the kids and adults and a friendly host.Would stay again

Lovely country hospitality

Stayed here on a Monday night and although we booked ahead it was a very quiet night in town. The motel is on the Newell Highway and many trucks pass through each night. Despite that, our room was far enough from the road not to worry us and the Chinese decor in the room was quite different. Had a chat to Judy who explained they had lived in China for some time and this was their Chinese Room. Ordered a hot breakfast for the following morning and it was hot and on time which allowed us an early start. Would definitely stay here again.

Warm and Cosy

A great location that is within walking distance to the town centre and good cafes and pubs. 
Can be a little noisy because of traffic but a good clean and comfortable room.
