Negatives:- having to pick up the key blocks away first.- broken shower head.- air-conditioner filter was so filthy, it stopped working, had to clean the filter myself (see pics).- broken/missing balcony handle - it doesn't lock! my partner got stuck out on the balcony, this is a hazard!- filthy, unhygienic dish washing sponges, obviously hadn't been changed in months and months.- no face washers supplied. Only 2 towels provided for whole week.- blinds were useless at blocking light pollution.- so much stuff stored in (the only) bedroom wardrobe, impossible to hang clothes (included huge bags of filthy laundry).- a random visit from a guy picking up this laundry - no notice this was going to happen!- pool and spa were absolutely in need of maintenance - tiles falling off the bottom, green algae on the bottom, who knows what the water quality was like.- half the gym equipment was out of order.Priorities to improve on:- property maintenance - fix the shower head, the bedroom door, grout in the bathroom, the balcony sliding door handle.- cleaning - clean the air-conditioner regularly, change the kitchen dish washing sponges REGULARLY.Overall given all the other properties available in the area in this price range, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's obvious from other reviews that these things have needed attention for a while.
