We went from Dec. 27 to Jan. 2.We arrived and we were told that we had a 2-year-old kid in the basement who was going to the literal parking lot. Of course they didn't advertise because no one else was going. I made the complaint and they offered me a depot next to the sum. I mean worse, I forgot to sleep a nap at night. An invasion of ants and no solution. So much so that even the kid's cookies had to be stored in the fridge. One day they gave us the media full of ants as well. The air conditioner was not running and they knew it from before we arrived and they never arranged it. They sent someone down to get the thermal. Then they told me they were going to give me a voucher to compensate for all the obvious discomfort in the department that I had never been told.
