The dining room is excellent, the breakfast is poor, the hotel needs improvements and renovations already, the towels, saunas, cubrecamas, mattresses and pillows are in very bad condition, there is not a single hair dryer in ALL the hotels, they charge the hot water for the heat, when it should be a hotel service, excellent location.

Renovation is on!

This accommodation turns out to be very pleasant, the attention of the staff is excellent. Manifesting a very good disposition to evacuate your doubts, help you solve any inconvenience. The location is perfect: a block from the sea and three blocks from the city center, pedestrianised from the city. Recommended.

Calidez is the only one.

It's not as good as the price they publish. Poor breakfast and always the same. Rooms without air conditioning. Deterioration and poor condition in general. Very old and worn towels. Normal cleaning. Good staff.

It could be much better.

The hotel was raining, the restaurant was paying the drinks to the girl who was waiting for me, and the kitchen lady started calling me in front of people to charge me for what she had already paid the girl who was waiting for me, the room smelled very wet and the carpets were old, the TV control didn't work, they had to improve a lot.

Disagree with the service

The rooms were a disaster, very little maintenance, clean, yes, but I think they could invest in that and would be in a comfortable hotel with nothing more than the right staff.

Very good stack.

It's a modest hotel, according to its two stars. The staff is friendly and serviceable. Its excellent location, a block from the beach. It has a small swimming pool that delights many, but it's not usually very clean. The food is good and varied. It's well maintained, including in some areas such as infrastructure. It features repeated cuts of light and water, which logically inconveniences guests, details such as rotten sewers and if you don't happen to leave any food in the rooms because there are cockroaches.

It is a two-star hotel.

Very good hotel, 1 block from the beach, it's clean, the food is very good, the air-conditioning is clean, as is the park and the wonderful attention.
