Hotel with a good location, good breakfast and very old rooms decorated, toilet wire perches, refrigerator that we had to disconnect to sleep, old but acceptable and clean bathroom, good shower.

A very basic hotel, I wouldn't go back.

Great hotel in Ksamil! Walking distance to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Breakfast is delicious, you can choose what you want to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean, great bathroom and shower, a lot of amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel in Ksamil, you really get great value for your money! 😊

Great hotel, clean rooms, staff is super friendly 

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were amazed at the impeccable cleaning that was carried out in our room every day. The spacious room is well furnished. Thanks to Pedro the owner always available for any needs or information on the site. Breakfast mainly salted with 4/5 choices. Meals served with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Congratulations to all the staff for the hospitality! Strategic position. Ps I recommend putting a tent in the bathroom shower to avoid wet the floor We recommend for a great stay!

Top position and cleaning!

This hotel has an ideal location - right across from the beach, but in a quieter part of town. But still close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, and have everything you could want. One of the nicest things was the restaurant. Beautiful covered area, with a constant sea breeze, and delicious food and a great selection of drinks. Ask for the ouzo!

Great view and food, comfortable rooms

I stayed on the top floor,third floor without elevator,rooms are re-fitted,pipe parts come out of the walls,it was probably a kitchen, bathrooms without cabin or shower tent,bed uncomfortable,breakfast has no coffee, cappuccino or brioches, only available for a fee,you should also think about the different nationalities of the guests,the owner is very available,clean rooms,cost higher than the service and the average place,to August 72 euros.

More Can Be Done

Hotel near the sea, a short walk away, recently renovated rooms, all new, great breakfast with typical sweets (forget the brioches) or salad, sea view, very friendly and always available staff, the owner first. Parking available within the perimeter, daily cleaning and towel change every 3.

It's perfect.

I would not recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Ksamil. 

My boyfriend and I had decided to book a sea view room to treat ourselves and were really looking forward to it. We arrived at the hotel at 6pm and the owner told us that he did not have a sea view room available and we would need to stay in a standard room overlooking an ugly garden. If he had told us before we would have booked another sea view room in another hotel, but obviously he did not let us know, probably because he knew we would be arriving too late to start looking for another room so he took advantage of that.

He asked us to cancel our reservation on Booking.com and then charged us for the downgraded room (obviously for a bit less money, all the while telling us he was "giving us a discount", as though we were stupid enough to not know that standard rooms cost less than sea view rooms anyway). We were confused about the request to cancel the Booking.com reservation, but then realised he was probably trying to avoid paying the Booking.com fee.

The owner of this hotel is a really shady character - do yourself a favour and book somewhere where you will be treated with courtesy and respect.

Be warned

The hotel is located in the quieter beach area of Ksamil. You can reach the prettier and less crowded beaches without wheezing beach noise after a short walk. The room was conveniently furnished, large and clean. Modern bathroom. Balcony available. Staff and owners friendly and very friendly. Parking spaces right in front of the hotel in the courtyard. The price/performance ratio was ok. The breakfast was extremely rich in fruits, cakes, dough balls and various warm components to choose from. Recommendation is the associated dinner restaurant with a small regional land map. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Good location, convenient, clean, very friendly staff.

It was nice, a nice little boy with little care, just a little noisy at night but otherwise top is clean, nice view, plenty of lunch, secure parking, very close to restaurants even on foot is cool... thank you too next time

The hotel is not very far from the city centre (a 5-minute walk) and all the better because it avoids noise especially in the evening even if from our balcony you could sometimes hear it from afar (in the evening).The bus from Saranda stops at the round point near Tirana Bank for information (exit after the Ksamil centre- 5min stop from the hotel).The manager is friendly and it is a pleasure to chat with him. There is free parking in the hotel.
