Nice pleace to be...Very friendly host,clean rooms and great location!   Highly recommend place to be with family because it's friendly pleace for kids or with friends.   Beautiful experience!  I enjoyed a lot. I will definitely be back...

We recommend this place in Ksamil! Our host was super nice ! My friend got sick and our host was very helpful and caring for us. The place is very calm, and closed to the beach. There is a pool, also a bar where we can order beers. Not far from city center

Helpful and caring hosts

With the family on holiday. We were pict-up in Sarande and drove to Ksamil. When we arrived at the apartment. The daughter of the owner gives us something to drink and Welkom us. We stayed in a beautiful 2 room apartment with 2 balkons. It's a simple and clean apartment. The children went to swim in the pool and have the time of there life. Other families where very nice. The son barbeques a beautiful and lovely fish for us. We got a lot of tips to see in Albany, at the beach, in Sarande and the son drove us to the blue lagoon (a must see place).
Thanks to the family Hoxha we had a wonderful time in Albany.
Ik you want to go, go to the family Hoxha. 

Perfect holiday apartment 

We were probably the loudest people there but surprisingly we didn’t get in trouble. This place is really The Place. The whole family that runs the business is amazing, joined us at the table a couple of times too. Clean wise my room as 3 other rooms that we have rented were nice and clean. The bedding was changed twice a week. The pool and the garden area was cleaned every morning. The shops are 5 minutes away the beach is close too. The owners go out of their own way to accommodate your needs. 
 I have had an amazing time there and fully recommend this place.

Holiday

Under a three star for european standards . But very close . The rooms are big - in fact they are studios with a small kitchen .  The sheets and towels are pretty old but clean . If you need soap or toilet paper you have to ask . In five nights not one room cleaning . There is a pool in the yard and a place for spending time - very clean . The personal is friendly . The younger ones speak very goog english but the oldest ones only albanian . But we understand easily eachothes . The soroundings are breathtacking and you have a lots of places to visit . 


Beautiful landscapes 

I would highly recommend the apartment.  The hosts are very nice, they speak good English and care about there guests. 
The house and the rooms were perfect and really clean, though the pool was not clean enough for me personally. However people enjoyed it too. 
The house has a nice location, the street is not noisy, and it is also very close to the beaches and the restaurants. There is no need for a car to go nice beach.
However there is no sign anywhere around the house so make sure you know the exact location on map or contact the hosts before going, otherwise it is easy to get lost.

Would visit again, would recommend

A real oasis of tranquility in the sometimes noisy Ksamil. To highlight the well-kept pool (always clear water) and the possibility of making excellent barbecues. The owners of the house are very kind and you can see that they care to keep the place clean and hospitable. 5-10 minutes walk from the sea (depending on the beach), a more than strategic accommodation.

Calm and perfect.

Charming small family home with guest rooms. While located very close to the beach, restaurants & entertainment, the hotel is very quiet and away from traffic. Very well maintained, clean rooms, impeccable small swimming pool, family friendly and warm welcome. The owner will be happy to guide you in the discovery of the area.

Enad rooms Ksamil

We stayed here for 9 nights, in 2 appartments. The family made us feel very welcome and were very helpfull. The appartments and pool were very clean and the location is great, not to close to the very busy area. Walking to the beach takes 5 minutes, to the minimarket 1 minute. The daughter and son of the owners speak English very well. We enjoyed a very nice BBQ with the family on our last evening, we are looking forward to visit them again!
