I spent 2 days at Celo Guest House, and it was my best stay in Albania ! You get to sleep in an old traditional Albanian house, located on the top of the hill, so you can enjoy the magnificient city view from the terrace ! Melo, the owner, is very warm, and will do her best to make you feel like at home, offering you drinks or a very complete free breakfast on the terrace ! I would definitely recommend this place !
