If you're in a long stay in Hanoi like us (4nights), this hotel is a great place to stay. The location is walking distance to all the musta sees in the old quarter, the room is comfortable, bright and spacious, the people are helpful and they speak English very well - an asset you definitely want in Vietnam. The manager even helped us when we couldn't check in with our flight by calling the airlines, absolutely they go beyond what is expected to make sure your vacation is smooth as possible. Also, when arriving late in Hanoi and when heading back to the airport, their car service is great and was cheaper than the taxi so let them help you. For their asking price, this property should definitely be in your list to consider. Breakfast is good and the wifi is strong. We will definitely think of Icon 36 Bat Su again when going back to Hanoi. Thank you Marcus and your staff for such a pleasant stay.
