Bed is really comfy. Staycee was really lovely and helpful too. Would recommend to my family and friends.Food was lovely. Was very clean. Only recommendation would to have a mini fridge available to use and more towels. Also the staff in the hotel was really helpful too.

With premier inn you know how it's going to be, a good level of service, breakfast this morning was great, we were served by Sakar, who looked after us very well, and the food is great, withe a good selection. 
The only downside is that the restaurant, used to be Brewers fayre, but closed, and lost some atmosphere, the staff are good, but the place feels empty.

Becky and the team at the Rubery were great! I stayed for a week during a business stay and it was really pleasant. These guys work their nuts off to make sure they are accommodating despite any issues that may arise out of their control. I think potentially issues higher up may cause them problems however the team there are a credit to the franchise and have kept me smiling all week! Top work guys!

I have used Premier inns for business for over 20 years, on this occasion the visit was a family event.

I’ve rated this 5 stars not because the hotel is a 5star hotel but simply because the experience we had surpassed expectations.

Starting with a courtesy call the week before to inform me the lifts were under construction and to see if there was anything specific I needed for our visit.

The politeness & professionalism of the staff was excellent.

We arrived late on the evening, the gentleman on reception offered to help me with my bags due to the lift not working.

Our room had been decorated for the occasion which was a great personal touch and appreciated, thank you.

We had a comfortable night and will visit again.

I'd like to firstly say that I stay in a lot of Premier inn’s around the country with my work , very rarely do I get offered with my luggage to the room. I thought that was a really nice gesture.

I also have been staying at this particular premier Inn (Rubery) on several occasions and I cannot fault any of the staff. I’d like to mention Tanisha (Tee) on reception What a wonderful soul she is. Tee is so helpful, so kind, always smiling, always greeting people when they come in and leave so thank you very much😊.

 I also had a great reception from Chantelle, Thank you.☺️. 

Breakfast experience- I did have my usual (runny poached egg) now for people that eat runny poached eggs you know what they should be like!   Dean the chef  certainly knows how to cook runny poached eggs a long side a great breakfast. They were very busy a lot of the time and he seems to be very calm and no stress,  so thank you! Not to mention Sam who is fantastic at her job very kind certainly made my day to see her first thing in the morning 😊.

P.s. Also the cleaning staff. I don’t know any of their names, but they did a fantastic job as well thank you 😊

Excellent stay at this premier inn. There was a find the duck in the bedroom and the children then took it to reception for a prize. Also colouring sheets and crayons were provided. All the little touches considered to make it special for the children. Highly recommend a stay as close to Cadbury World also. Thank you!

The staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond which really made our stay. They were so great with the kids, there were duck hunts, prizes and colouring and whenever we asked them anything they were just so lovely. I really can’t recommend this premier inn enough. We have stayed in a lot of them now and because of the staff this is by far our favourite. Also it is very well located for Cadbury’s World, Central Birmingham and also the motorway to get to places like Stratford-upon-Avon.

Excellent cleanliness of the room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Hairdryer provided working well. Bath filled quickly and to a preferred temperature using the mixer. The shower was powerful but not overly so and the complimentary wash products smelled nice! Great availability of the complimentary tea & coffee in the room with the option to get more from reception once used!! Reception staff very energetic offering a warm welcome to all customers as they arrived. Food left a lot to be desired with the breakfast this time but would return again!

You know what you are getting with a premier inn and this is what we got with this one, exactly what we expected. Nothing more nothing less. It suited our purpose. The attached restaurant was not good service was awful even though it was very quiet in there! But luckily there are plenty of other places to eat close by. So it is ok for a bed for the night

We arrived to a warm, friendly welcome from a helpful member of staff. As we've  stayed in Premier Inns before, we knew what to expect, and we were not disappointed. A clean and comfortable room was waiting for us on the ground floor, close to the reception, as I'd requested, due to my husband not walking too well. 
We noticed that there was only one hand and one bath towel, but a quick nip to the reception soon sorted that out. We were immediately given extra towels, with a smile and also advised that we could help ourselves to more tea, coffee, sugar and milk as needed, from the displayed items in reception. This was so much better than having to ask for everything. 
We enjoyed our stay, visiting family and the NEC before returning home to the south coast.
Unfortunately, a bag was left behind in reception. But a phone call to the reception put my mind at rest. The very helpful lady on reception said she would get the bag and its contents to my friend in Shirley who, very luckily, is due to visit close by to where I live next week. The lady is very kindly going to do this on her day off. This is totally above and beyond the call of her duty, and very much appreciated by me. Thank you so very much Rubery Premier Inn.

Consistently comfortable and welcoming

We booked this hotel as it had car parking and was close to where my brother lives who we were visiting. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was great, perfect size and amenities and was very clean. Location was great as it’s close to bowling and various restaurants. The cooked breakfast was great so overall we were very happy with everything.
