Just arrived home from The Seaward Hotel in Western super mare. We arrived at the hotel on Friday evening check in was easy we were greeted by Mark the manager who was friendly. Went to our allocated room which was on the first floor. Our room was spotlessly clean,bathroom is dated with a bath no shower, but that wasn't really an issue for a weekend break, Food in the restaurant was beautiful, the fish was cooked perfectly and the batter was just as good. We were there for the Diana Ross( jacqui Webb) Lionel Richie (Norman Anthony) weekend. Entertainment was fab everyone had an amazing weekend. It was our first time at the Seaward Hotel but will definitely be back soon.

We stayed for 2 nights for a tribute weekend,Dianna Ross and Lionel Richie who  were absolutley brilliant,our room was very clean, a reasonable size with a bath and looked over the sea.The food was really good self service breakfast and evening meal and plenty of choice.The staff were really good & friendly,Jack the barman in the afternoon,Julie in the evening deserve a mention.Mark the manager was very welcoming, helpful and informative.The hotel itself is in need of a lot of tlc and some updating,but overall we really enjoyed our break and would return.

A great weekend in a well run, comfy and welcoming hotel. Yes, maybe it's a little run down, but you couldn't beat it for value for money.
Went for a tribute weekend which, if your expectations weren't too high, was extremely enjoyable. The staff were polite, accommodating and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if just a little  small, but how much time do you spend in the rooms anyway?
Breakfasts were cooked fresh and replenished regularly. A choice of two starters and main courses for the evening meal.  Again, all presented and served with efficiency. The desserts all looked home made from the cheesecakes to the bread  pudding.
This is not to everyone's taste as some of the hotel is tired, but don't hold your expectations too high and a great time can be had.

The Staff were all excellent and friendly very caring and always there for you.The lounge needs updating wallpaper.and 2 toilets is not enough for the amount of people when busy.no disabled toilet i was asked a couple staying there.Thank you for a lovely time.see you next year.RegardsMarian and Graham

booked in last minuete  very helpful  it is dated  but clean and comfy we had a great breakfast we had sea views and for the price well worth it  staff and manager  looked after us  would stay again  i think its 2 star  but better than expected

Had a nice 4 days break looked after well staff very helpful  and friendly room's nice the food was excellent been here A couple of times never been disappointed . taking an 87 year old by yourself is hard work but they help as much as they could and made it a lot easier.

The Seaward hotel staff are so helpful and polite nothing is to much trouble for them. The room is very  tidy and clean. The entertainment was excellent. You can help yourself to breakfast quite a lot to choose from.The  restaurant meals are nice and cooked fresh for you. Over all a friendly hotel. I will be coming back without a doubt.

Booked in for 2 nights over new year very pleasant greeting and quick couldn't do enough for us. Ok room needed updating but bed was huge comfortable and clean. We were part of a large party and they went out if their way to make sure we were all sat together. Great entertainment and good food all in all. thanks to all for making  it a great new year x

As soon as we arrived at the Seaward we were welcomed by Mark the Manager. We stayed from the 23rd to 27th Dec and we really enjoyed our stay as we were treated as a person and not just a number by all the staff. The Hotel is on the Seafront and close to the Grand Pier and a 10 minute walk from the main town centre. The food is really nice and if you speak to the chef he will cater for your dietry needs just like my wife did as she is Lactos intolerante so they provided the Lactos free Milk. Yes the Hotel Rooms need updating but its very clean. Please Visit this Hotel. We will return in the Summer

Stayed for the weekend at this hotel.On the plus side it is in a good location with beach across the road and parking nearby at £6 day.Good entertainment on Saturday night with a capable female singer,and Sunday lunchtime there was a reasonably priced carvary.On the down side hotel in need of refurbishment as furnishings very dated.This area has lots of local restaurant type pubs and a nice beach especially if you have children as there is donkey rides on the beach and a small funfair.Overall had a reasonable stay .

Weekend away at Seaward Hotel

The hotel is about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Basic but somewhere to put your head down for a reasonable price. Downside is the parking is around the back and is not the hotels private parking so there is a charge. The breakfast however was brilliant, tasted good, was all hot and well cooked. Enjoyed the stay ovetall.
