Lancaster Hotel

On arrival our room was ready so we could check in. The staff member was lovely, very customer focussed and incredibly helpful. Our room was huge 2 double beds with ample wardrobe space, safety deposit box and a mini fridge. A good tray selection of tea and coffees to choose from l. A large bathroom with good size walk in shower. I requested a room in a high floor prior to checking in and this was accommodated We used the gym and it had everything you’d need. The campus is clean, tidy and well lit. The drinks in the hotel bar very reasonable at £9 for a pint of Estrella and a 175ml of Pinot Grigio. Good location and free parking. We will definitely stay here again. The only negative I could say is no air con so would be very hot with the heatwave summer we have had, but we stayed at the end of Aug so the temperature had dropped. Although a very large welcomed fan in the room. The towels were fluffy, large and akin to more a 5* hotel All staff we interacted with were genuinely lovely in the hotel and the gym.
