Yarm Luxury Serviced Apartments

This is a great place to stay.  Location to Yarm is great just a short walk down the road. The apartment is everything and more required for a short break. very clean and perfectly equipped. Would highly recommend 2 bed apartment 4. Thanks for a great weekend. 

I've stayed at the apartments a couple of times now and they're brilliant. Walking distance to the fantastic bars and restaurants in the village and on the doorstep of some lovely walks along the river Tees. The owners are attentive and lovely too, can't recommend them highly enough!

Great location great apartments perfect for a family base visiting the area.

I had always wanted to see what these apartments were like as I return home often to visit family and staying in hotels can become cramp..

Only slight comment is I haven't lived in a flat for years and we may been little noisy with very excitable little boy causing a neighbour to pop up politely ask us to consider the noise... sorry..

However apart from that a very pleasant surprise and has everything you need... will be back...

Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location

Good stay

We arrived to find that the apartment we were given on the top floor was not the standard we  expected given the description provided.  It was a 2 bed 1 bathroom and the sitting room was so scruffy, the one settee sitting area was a very badly used black leather/ plastic with lots of torn areas and lost of them on the parts where you had to sit. The walls had n deep  holes in the plaster   some in the hall way and some in the bedroom.  Kitchen had no window and quite dark as was the windowless bathroom with a very dim light bulb.  The apartment did have a very nasty smell. On arrival we rang the owners and explained it was very scruffy and it had a smell and we were very unhappy with the standard. The lady said that we had booked that and we had  no option and could not move into an alternative apartment.  Very strange that as we were the only car in the car park for the whole of our visit. !!!!  We had of course already paid and were offered nothing in form of any compensation and as we had already plans for our visit  so we had no option but to stay.   They may have some nice pictures on the website - but we did not have the luxury experience if claimed and we would never stay there again as we found the standard poor and no help from the owners.
