Portsburgh Court was a basic but great place to stay for the Fringe Festival. I booked a weekend away for my boyfriend and myself. We were in easy walking distance to all major venues. Clean towels, bedding and toiletries were provided and the room was clean. The kitchen had plates, cups, cutlery and pans for use, as well as two double fridges and an iron. We booked a double room, so shared the communal space with other guests, but we were not affected by noise or disruption throughout the weekend. Check out and check in were as easy as could be and staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed at Portsburgh Court for 3 nights, but I would definitely recommend it to friends and family for short stays and weekend breaks.
