The hotel room was smart, clean and appeared freshly decorated. Staff were obliging and friendly. Location very convenient for Northampton with good car parking. No complaints. But BEWARE dismal breakfast experience at Hungry Horse restaurant next door - reviewed separately.
We visited Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum, 78 Derngate (Charles Rennie Mackintosh house), Piddington Roman Museum and Wrest Park on our way home.

Just a huge thank you to the whole team for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. I could not of asked for more during my stay. A special thank you to Lea on reception for managing to find someone to help last minute with repairing a torn shirt arm. Definitely saved me a new purchase 😊

Stayed here for business for work meetings in town. It was my first time in premier inn, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I would say a bit dated hotel but that adds style to it. I would not hesitate to book again because it felt very clean and stay from the check in until check out couldn’t be smoother and more comfortable. It was cheap comparing to other hotels, they have parking, so I didn’t bother to be a bit on the outskirts. Quiet industrial location, so consider there aren’t shops nearby for late snacks, they have vending machine for drinks and snack though but the prices as in all vending machines are quite high. Wouldn’t recommend pub either, but that not hotels fault. Team is well trained, always smiley, approachable, and ready to help. Big thanks to Nicola for directions.

Stayed here in feb 23 and completely enjoyed every minute of it. When I checked in, I arrived quite early so got told I may have to wait for my room, but they managed to sort it out quickly and ten mins later I was in my room. So nice staff and overall good stay!

Lovely stay, the staff were very welcoming, the beds were extremely comfy and room was clean, I had a very nice evening, the car park was very spacious and easy nice location, not too far from the town centre, I will definitely be back 

Just a night away from the kids. Had a lovely stay. Team were so friendly, always saying hello and asking if we needed anything.Rooms are clean and comfortable. Views stretched over the fields and makes you feel like your in the countryside.

Upon arriving, Nichola the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond, really nice lady. Rooms were spotless.

A very welcoming and pleasant place to stay, with very clean rooms and friendly and efficient staff. The continental breakfast was a very good selection, and was well presented in the next door restaurant establishment.

Lovely hotel, they went above and beyond to ensure my children were still able to enjoy the magic of Christmas while there. 
The kitchen was closed but they made sure we recieved a continental breakfast delivered to the room.
Nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend and will certainly be going back myself.

The check in process was super quick with lovely smiley staff, rooms were super clean with such comfy beds. Only downside was the breakfast from the restaurant next door. But again the staff helped up by refunding it and couldn’t apologise more. 
Thank you for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back soon

Stayed here for one night. Clean hotel, very handy location just on the outskirts of Northampton. Check in easy, the blonde woman on reception whose name I didn’t get was lovely. My room was one of the new style modern rooms and it was ideal, served its purpose very well for the one night stop over. I would stay again.

Excellent Team, great hotel

Hotel could do with updating and cleanliness needs improving.The beds were comfortable with minimum noise from outside the room. Staff were very friendly with a member of reception staff giving me his bottle of water when the machine did not work - very nice touch and good customer care. A restaurant on site would be ideal but Hungry Hosse was within walking distance so not a problem. Tea and coffee making in the room could be stocked up more - limited amount. Cups were not very clean. Good amount of towels which were clean in the room but bathroom floor was sticky and taps not very clean. Overall a good enough stay for our purpose of a night out in Northampton and would definately use again at the same price.

Perfect staying

The staff at this hotel are helpful and friendly and really go through extra mile to make sure you have a good stay.
Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a spruce and some extra plug sockets near the bed but they were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Pub next door is not bad but could also do with a refurb.
