Zoya was fantastic, and was very accommodating and professional. Thank you Premier Inn and I recommend this place. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Reception was great, service was brilliant, however there was no water during our stay so couldn’t even have a shower or use the toilet

Had a great stay at Swinton, been a few times and always fantastic staff always friendly and wanting to help couldn’t ask for anything more

Friendly staff on arrival, provided me with a local taxi number and explained it I wanted breakfast in the morning where to go. Complimentary sweets and note in my bed on arrival was a nice extra touch.

Good overall experience, receptionist was very attentive. Check in could not have been easier. The room was clean and exactly what i needed for a quick stop over. Girl working on nights was very helpful when i asked for extra duvets and a pillow.

I stayed here whilst visiting family. The room was clean as expected and the bed was super comfy! The staff were all great and they had left some hot chocolate in the room too, definitely would stay again. They don’t do breakfast, but they provided a map with places nearby.

Friendly & helpful staff members, large rooms, comfy beds, plenty of parking. Just a short journey into Manchester City Centre. Excellent value for money.  Thank you for a great stay, I will be returning.

Discovered by accident as all the Manchester City centre hotels were full. The team are great and can’t do enough to help you. The pub next door is family friendly and a great place to pop in for a bite to eat. Highly recommended and there are plenty of local places to grab breakfast if that’s a deal you’re after

This Premier is excellent. Staff, welcome, room facilities. Jack on Reception showed me how to enter out car registration for free parking during our stay and also gave us a list of places to get breakfast as the pub next door did not do them. Hotel needs a spruce, outside Premier Inns, it deserves one. If you make it look as good as your staff are and buy the pub next door it would be perfect.

I stay at Premier Inn Swinton twice a month whilst visiting an elderly parent. I've been coming her regularly for more than 18 months, and have always had great service from the staff, outstanding on some occasions. Many of the staff have been perceptive to my difficult family situation and have often asked how things are and even given small gifts to cheer me up!
From the current staff, Zoya and Jack have been particularly lovely, but everyone is polite, professional and pleasant.
The rooms are always spotlessly clean (so I was shocked to read the review about the dirty room, I have never found anything to complain about, and I'm very particular!) The hotel is next to a noisy pub, and there have been occasions of noise from there, but I always have a room at the back and that's very quiet.
Beds are very comfy. WiFi is hopeless unless you pay for it. 
I'm always really happy to stay here.

Great Hotel and Team

The reception team member was very helpful in sorting out my breakfast requirements in one of the other local Premier Inn which had breakfast facilities as a shareholder I wanted to use the chance for my free breakfast during two night stay and using my stay to attend funeral of work colleague close by to this area this helped me considerably.
The only downside I had was being on the lower level of the complex I struggled to sleep as the first evening I could here the person above snoring loudly and the second night I presume it was a different person who every 15-20 mins was walking up and down the room, but it was more of a stomp...then I think the person had to rest, and it started again later.. Earplugs are a must, but still heard it!!

Excellent service at Swinton Premier inn

We overall were happy with the excellent service all staff members gave us.
Swinton was ideal for visiting our daughter and also a good stepping stone for visiting the city and German market.

Room was spotlessly clean, but had a very damp smell even through we could not ascertain from where as we could not find any mold.
