Lovely hotel, clean and nicely decorated. Fab breakfast, Karen in the main restaurant was amazing, looking after us all! Will definitely be back next year to spend spend spend as only 5 minutes walk from Trafford centre, half hour drive from Cheshire Oaks

Great price and really great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was great too for dinner and breakfast. Will stay there again . It’s so handy for work and leisure. Was so impressed stay there and lovely staff. The restaurant staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Food menu was great too Thanks everyone.

Really nice stay. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great decor. Good food and drink. Lots of free parking for guests once you've registered your car on the tablets in the foyer. Easy self check-in on the screens. Right next to The Trafford Centre, Chill Factore, etc. The only downside was the free WiFi sadly wasn't good during our stay, but we'd taken an iPad so just hot-spotted the internet from our mobile data onto the iPad to watch the shows we wanted.

We stay in many Premier Inn's and have stayed many times at Trafford Centre West, when visiting family and friends in the northwest.
On arrival to our room, we noticed a housekeeping issue. When we raised this with Reception, Kane resolved the issue and 'went that extra mile" to ensure our stay for 2 nights was comfortable.
It was a pleasure to speak with Kane, he presents as a true professional and is an asset to this Premier Inn.
However, I do think it is unfair for Reception Staff to have to answer and be accountable for another departments errors such as housekeeping, when they've likely finished their working day. 
A suggestion maybe a member of housekeeping be available up to 8pm to remedy any issues that may arise as, people like us were still checking in.

What a lovely stay from start to finish. This stay was a Christmas present for my little boy and the staff (especially val and Karen) went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pair of them are a credit to the company and really made us feel welcomed and at home. 

We came during the refurbishment so we new We wouldn't get breakfast the first morning but would on the Tuesday. It was worth the wait! Everything ran smoothly and was hot, fresh and tasty. 

The room is Everything you expect in a Premier Inn and clean and fresh. 

We'll definitely be back!

Large hotel with large free carpark, really convenient for visiting Trafford General Hospital (8 min drive) and 5 minutes walk from the Trafford shopping centre. Spotlessly clean room, comfy bed, quiet at night. Friendly helpful staff. 

24 hrs after I checked in Christiana, a receptionist, remembered that I'd returned to ask for another room as I believed the washbasin plug was jammed. As it happened it wasn't; it was me and technology. She asked if it was working okay. Given how busy the hotel was I was very impressed that she'd remembered me, let alone what the problem was. Great place to stay and close to the A J Bell Rugby Stadium and shopping centre.

I very often come to The Premier Inn to when I am working from home. Not only is it a quiet place where I can just crack on but every single time I turn up I have Hannah welcome me with a very warm smile like it is from a friend who I have not seen for so long. Nothing is too much for Hannah, from turning off the aircon for me as soon as I walk in to knowing I will be ordering a Latte very soon. You are extremally lucky to have Hannah working here and to say she is the reason I keep coming back is an understatement - I live in Stockport so I have a premier inn nearer to me but Hannahs welcome is well worth the 20 mins travel

The rooms really clean, bed is really comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of different things to choose from, the staff were really helpful always making sure everything was okay

Really nice stay

Professional and Efficient Reception Staff

We weren’t expecting to have access to a bar or restaurant due to knowing there was works to refurbish the area,  but were pleasantly surprised we could on arrival. 
Work was still on going, but it didn’t affect us. The rooms were a little smaller than we were used to, but super modern and clean. A few hairs that weren’t ours over the bedding, but it was clean elsewhere and we were grateful for the air conditioning and extremely good mattress. I love a firm mattress and this was great! 
We didn’t need breakfast but used the bar and that was very handy. The staff were friendly. 
Very close to the Trafford Centre. Great parking. We would definitely stay again.

Modern and handy for Trafford Centre

Stay here for two nights to visit the Trafford Centre. It is around five minute walk to the Marks & Spencer’s which you can walk through and into the Trafford centre. Ideal if you are visiting there. Rooms clean and early check-in was available for which I paid £10. Lots of building work going on so it was very noisy in the foyer. I didn’t receive an email to let me know about this so was surprised. I knew the kitchen was closed as I received an email about this, however, not about the extensive building work. I think when the work is all finished, it will look great as the restaurant area looks lovely but I didn’t get to use it as it was closed. 

If you are going to the Trafford Centre, I would highly recommend this hotel.

HANNAH - AMAZING 

The hotel is a great location just a couple roads away from the bus station and the beautiful Trafford centre, as well as lots of 24 hour stores such as starbucks and ASDA meaning we had plenty of choice for breakfast as we didn’t use the add on at the hotel. The rooms are so modern and the lights around the bed and mirror give it a really luxurious feel. The bathroom and shower is spacious and there is a separate light up mirror in the room meaning there is plenty of space when getting ready in a morning. We really loved our stay
