Me and my husband wanted a night away in one of our fav city's. We were greeted with the most disgusting room I have ever been in WE LEFT !! The first time I was so appalled and upset we left. LOOK AT PICTURES

Worst hotel ever stayed in disgusting

Stayed here for a night. Found the apartment to be clean, modern with all facilities and essentials required for the stay (had iron, hairdryer,tea,coffee,milk,fridge,microwave, towels,shampoo,shower gel etc). Is in a great location and is handy for the city centre. Marked down 1 as have to be wary in some parts of apartment not to bump your head if taller and also a couple of the children thought the beds were not as comfy. Although overall a recommended stay at these apartments and decent value for money.

Nice apartments in a great location

I stayed here for 2nights... what is described as an apartment is actually a duplex room with a mattress on the floor up the stairs overlooking the living area (however comfy and cosy) but only the mattress, table and lamp.
There is nowhere to hang any clothes, coats jackets etc. Anywhere in the apartment.
There is a set of draws.
The kitchen has no tea, coffee or sugar. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery looked like they’d never been used, with stickers on and some still in packaging. No oven, just a stove and microwave with grill integrated. No frying pan.
No bin.
No ironing board.
No tablets for the dishwasher.
No toiletries, just hand wash and toilet roll.
Only 2 large towels for a weekend between two people (no hand towel or mat for the floor).
Apartment is noisy, for an old building with thick walls you can hear your neighbours if they have music on and when walking past the front door this isn’t sound proof or fire proof with gaps under the door.

The apartment has potential but owner really needs to take on board the feedback and ensure this is a home from home, it is clean, cosy but lacking a lot of home comfort.
The sofa is the best part of the furniture!!
Heating can be a problem, takes a while to get warm and a while to cool down.
Location is perfect, 5minute walk max from Victoria station.

Lacking basic amenities 

Worst place I have ever stayed!! Bad customer service from start to finish, rude and unhelpful staff who gave us the response 'it's nothing to do with me' when we asked for advice on how to cook pizza in the mini oven. 
I stayed at the apartment with 13 other friends in 2 different apartments, the rooms where far too small for this amount of people even though we had less people than was advertised! 
The stairs to the 'bedroom' in the four bed apartment where a death trap, basically a ladder leading to a loft space not tall enough to stand up in with a mattress on the floor.
Our stay at the Apartments went from bad to worse; when checking in at the apartments you are required to hold a £200 deposit for each room in case of any damages, we were happy to do this as we have done it before at other hotels and apartments and had no problems. However this is a TRAP we received a email the day after checking out saying that we would not get the £200 back as we had not checked out (which was a blatant lie, we even waited with the receptionist for 2 hours for a late bus) and that we had broken a sofa bed and where even sent photos that where from a room that looks nothing like the one we stayed in. They probably use the same photos with every group that leaves getting an extra £200 in their pocket. 
So unless you fancy paying an extra £200 at the end of your trip to manchester stay well away!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Awful

There was 6 in our group, I had made the booking by telephone after checking the apartment with friends on line. I was assured that what I was looking at was what I was going to experience. I was that shocked by how small and claustraophobic it was I had an episode. I suffered a panic attack. There was no ventilation as the only window was painted shut. One of my friends when with me to try and sort this out. We was told that what you see on line is not necessarily what you get and tried to blame it on my booking on the internet. Maintenance had to come and free the window from paint. Myself and my friend did not sleep all night as they was worried about my health. We did try to find other accommodation but could not as there was an event on in Manchester to which we attended. This mentally scarred me for the rest the evening. I also had to have the main door open to the room. It made my experience of what should be a good memory a bad one to which I do not want to remember

I WAS SO SHOCKED AND DISAPOINTED WITH WHAT I THE WHAT CAN ONLY BW DESCRIBED AS A ROOM AND NOT AN APARTMENT
