I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 nights, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the level of service truly stood out. What made my stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Rasol, Moriba, Hanan, Sakina, and Ali were absolutely outstanding. Each one of them went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive no request was too much trouble. Rasol was especially accommodating, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when needed. Moriba had a calm and reassuring presence that made interactions pleasant and easy. Hanan and Sakina were both incredibly kind and courteous, and I appreciated their genuine warmth. Ali brought great energy to every conversation and made me feel truly welcome.
