Having stayed at The Queen's Gate Hotel, we cannot imagine a better place to stay in London. We were greeted by smiley, happy staff who checked us in very efficiently. Our room was spotless. Five minutes after we arrived at our room, 2 beautiful pieces of gateaux were delivered, on account that we were staying over as a birthday celebration. How amazing! Prior to our stay, we received an email from the hotel explaining that there would be scaffolding up at our window. They said they were very sorry and offered us 15% off the rate of our room...a lovely gesture. Every member of staff was exceptionally polite, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was truly magnificent. The location was perfect for our evening at The Royal Albert Hall. We enjoyed walking round Hyde Park and we ate round the corner at Da Mario, also excellent! We had the most wonderful stay and I would now not stay anywhere else in London! Thank you. We will be back for sure!
