Well....what do I say? The room was beautifully refurbished, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. So comfortable that I emailed them for the brand and model so I could look at getting one (which they sent to me). The breakfast that is included is outstanding with both buffet and al a carte available in an "all you can eat" setting so you could have some cereal and fruit from the buffet followed by poached eggs on toast from the menu if that's what you wanted to do. The shower wasn't the highest pressure I have had but it was hot and the volume of water was fine. Staff were pleasant, access was good and location was very central and close to Tower Hill underground. It was our second stay here the first being in 2023 and it was the same if not better. Well done team!
