This place just keeps getting better and better. This was our third visit and it won't be our last. We stayed with Frank again,
Love all the little touches and Andy and Julian are perfect hosts. Keep up the great work guys. 

My Wife and I were due to stay a couple of weeks ago when the bad storms hit the country so we could not make it, but Andy and Julian kindly allowed us to re book and even allowed us to stay in a upgraded room as it was available which was really kind and very much appreciated.
We really did not want to miss out visiting this place as it looked amazing from what we could see online, and now having visited this weekend we can assure you that it more than met our expectations.
The room was fantastic, great comfort, cool features such as the electronically operated shower, lovely big comfy bed, the really useful sitting area and the style and cleanliness was amazing. 
There was so many lovely touches such as the baked goodies left in the room to go with the tea and coffee and the breakfast too was top notch.
Practicality wise it is very well situated and an easy walk into the resort centre, even on this really cold and blustery weekend we just had.
We had a great time in the Soho Bar on the Friday evening, amazing place and a nice quieter night in Coco's on Saturday as we were still a bit fragile from Friday night.
Andy and Julian were great, they made is feel proper welcome, and as the weather was getting bad on the Sunday we left early so could not have breakfast so they sent us on our way with a goody bag which  was a lovely final touch.
We very much look forward to going back again some time in the future.

This was our first time staying at The 25, and we were extremely impressed with the place. Andy made us welcome and couldn't have been more helpful, and the attention to detail and quality of the fitments, decor, and equipment in the room was superb. 

Cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance was second to none and being a gadget person I appreciated all the nice touches of iPad, large flat TV (with Netflix etc,) Mood Lighting, Nespresso Coffee machine, and the like in the room, many of which don't appear in high end hotels.

The breakfast was also excellent, with everything available that you could possibly want, all well cooked and speedily served with a smile. Andy's top quality baking treats appearing in the room each day were also really appreciated.

These guys deserve all the praise they have and will no doubt get in the future. 

The 25 isn't on the sea front but only a 10-15 minute walk to the shops or the sea. There is a bit of a climb to the 25, and to the front door, so bear this in mind, but once you've got there you might not want to leave.

Every single compliment paid to Andy and Julian that has gone before is not only 100% accurate but thoroughly deserved.

They are warm, friendly and welcoming hosts and their attention to detail is remarkable.  The atmosphere in the house induces complete relaxation.  We have never stayed in any hotel (however expensive) which has provided such a complete 'package' to it's guests.

We were in the Watcombe suite which includes a separate lounge.  The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and included a brilliant shower in the bathroom.  The bed was enormous and again exceptionally comfortable.

Breakfast was a real treat.  There was a well stocked, self service, cold buffet in addition to various choices, cooked to order.  All of it was delicious.

Andy and Julian have created something very special here and I would thoroughly recommend this B&B as THE place to stay in the Torquay area.

My husband and I had a 2 night stay here and we didn't want to leave! Andy & Julian are so welcoming and they really have thought of everything.  Welcome drinks and yummy cakes, gorgeous posh toiletries, catch up TV, cakes in the room (did I mention the cakes?!)... I could go on.  

It's lovely and quiet too so we slept very well.  The location is ideal (10 mins walk to the sea and another 5-10 to the town) and Torquay is lovely to explore. 

Breakfast was great.  The buffet is extensive and the hot food delicious.

Well, it has been almost two years since we last visited The 25, but on arrive it was like being greeted by old friends.  Andy and Julian continue to develop there offering with new decor and staying with the latest trends, while still ensuring a freindly professional service.  Breakfasts were great again and now with super food juices.  Andy even remember how I like my eggs Benedict and coffee, the attention to detail is staggering.  Once again we couldn't find fault and can't wait to come back again.  P.S rumour has it that Julian is thinking of fitting out all the rooms with Alexa's. Now that should be fun. What an amazing B&B! Excellent reviews tell the story. Andy and Julian welcome you with pride to their beautiful, tasteful home.  Professional but intimate, this hotel changed a mundane business trip into a relaxing break away.  Every detail, from the welcome drink, freshly baked cakes, iPads, welcome book covering every query, to the pristine rooms and the goody bag on departure, left my husband and I uplifted as we returned home.  Nothing is too much trouble and advice on dining was spot on.  We will definitely  be returning to explore the area further dependent on vacancies at 25.

The 25 is a wonderful place to stay. I stayed in the Broadsands Room, which was immaculately clean (as was the rest of the accommodation). The owners have clearly thought about how the room functions and what a guest might need. I loved the selection of teas, coffees and fresh milk... yes fresh milk, not that UHT stuff that you get in a little plastic pot. And the milk was decanted into milk bottles which you used to have at school and a date label added so you know it's fresh. Thinking of fresh, the toiletries were lovely and plenty of them.

The bed was very comfortable and dispite my room being at the front of the property, I didn't notice any road noise. Perhaps this was because of the pillow spray/mist which the owners placed next to the bed! I'd actually never heard of this pillow mist but now I don't think I could live without it!

Seriously there are little touches everywhere in this place! I'm so pleased I stayed here.

Oh and I've not even mentioned the amazing  shower, the lighting, the aircon, the TV in the bathroom and the sparkling wallpaper! I need more space for this review!

So, to summarise, I coming back as there is nowhere else I want to stay after having stayed here!

This was our second visit to the 25 boutique B&B after a wonderful stay last year ,  we chose to stay in the Broadsands room this time which was absolutely stunning, we loved the free standing bath with TV and mood lighting.
Andy & Julian have such an eye for detail and make every stay special, they also have great knowledge of the local area and can always give great recommendations for places to go / eat.
I have to say one of my favourite things about staying here is the breakfast! There is a great selection to choose from and the food is always served at such a high standard.
We can’t wait for our next stay , I think we are going to work our way through all the rooms!

Another amazing stay ! 

Me (especially me) and my partner spent a lot of time fantasising about going to this boutique. And when we arrived it was even better then we imagined, pictures really don’t do it justice.

We loved the technical side to the room (broadsands). Beautiful glittery wall paper, mood lighting, water fall taps and a coffee machine. Andy and Julian really care about the attention to detail, even the ducks by the bath was a cute little touch. We felt really looked after and Andy was always around for any needs. We was mesmerised by everything we saw which made our stay at 25 Boutique so perfect. ❤️

Really can’t fault it, defo worth the savings. You’ll be seeing us again.


Everything spelt luxury 

This really is a B & B which exceeds all others - it is in a class of its own!  From the lovely welcome, the beautiful bedroom with luxury bedding, through to an amazing breakfast - absolutely everything has been thought of!  All the extra luxuries such as Elemis toiletries, homemade treats left in the bedroom for you to enjoy, welcome drink and friendly and caring owners - if you stay here it will exceed your expectations - you will want to return - we certainly do.
