We chose Trecarne house for its location, ideal to get around Cornwall without travelling too far. On arrival Trish met us and could not have been more friendly or welcoming. The room was clean and ideal for us but there were gardens and other area to use if needed. Lots of information and guidance were available from Trish to help plan our week. Trish arranged two dinners for us along with two other guests and went way beyond expectations when it came to ensuring we had a great holiday. Being a guest at Trecarne was like staying with close friends but without the restrictions. Breakfast was impressive and arranged for whenever best suited us, quality and quantity were excellent. Trish’s staff were just as good, rooms were cleaned and even the kettle was filled ready for us to make tea when we returned from a trip around Cornwall. I can’t thank trish enough for what she did to make our stay memorable. Friendly and helpful to a fault. We’d stay there again without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Cornish hospitality at its best. Trish is the only B/B owner that I just had to hug to say Thank-you and goodbye at the end of our week.
